If you want to buy a new or use car please do yourself a favor an visit Bull Valley Ford and ask for Mike Hanson. I have not enough words to say enough about Mike. My husband and I loved the way Mike treated us, he was with a big smile all the time, very patience with me with all my questions, he is very knowledgeable, super nice and above all Mike doesn't pressure you and it's not pushy!!! Mike explains ever thing clearly and we had a wonderful time buying our new SUV. Mike Hanson is the best!

I was working on a deal all day and then she stopped texting me didnt answer my text messages from a certain point on. I got preapproved and was trying to find something I liked in my budget. Then everything stopped. Sorry i didnt want a big payment. Just thought it was bad customer service. Will start looking elsewhere now.

100% better experience than the last dealership I got my last car at. Usually buying a car is an unpleasant experience that I dread.. However, this time around it was super quick & easy. My car salesman Will Foster was such a standup guy. He was up front and HONEST. He did everything in his power to get me the best deal, he got me a great trade in on my Chevy Malibu! The Finance Manager Mark was super great to work with. I felt they both cared about my time and cared about making sure I made the right investment. Thanks for all your help! Put it simply.. They lie to get the deal done.. I was sold a used car that I was told had undergone extensive review and passed with flying colors its inspection. Foolish me I believed them and ended up with a $4300 repair bill for needed safety work. The back brakes were not even functioning! And this was one of the items I asked on two separate occasions to verify because of my test drives and was told they are just fine and that is just they way they were.. I contacted the dealership and was told that they were very sorry I was feeling disappointed. Have a nice day! I could not believe it.. They will not stand behind their product and will lie to get the sale.. My advise is to NEVER support this dealership with another sale and drive them out of business!

A pre-sale agreement was made that the fan belt would be changed, but it was only lubricated to hide the sound. When I made it back to my house and into the light of the garage I noticed that a tail light bulb was out and both tail light lenses were very badly cracked. By now the fan belt began to squeak again and I noticed that it was not changed at all but simply lubricated so I wouldn't be aware of the sound. The very next day, I returned to the dealership and they magically forgot the agreement they had made and charged me $90 to fix the fan belt. Days later I took the truck to another dealership to have the oil changed after only putting on less than 40 miles. Along with the oil change came a simple mechanical inspection. I found there to be thousands of dollars of vital parts that were broken and in great need of repair (including swaybar link, brake pads and rotors, upper and lower ball joints, front driverside wheel hub, radiator, fuel filter, air filter and others). Most of these parts I was told are very important to how safely the truck drives and should have been repaired before the vehicle was even put up for sale.

Went to buy a new car had the old title in hand. Sales guy jerked me around with the sales manger for an hour. LIED about the cash for clunkers deal, LIED about the rebates. Went over to [another dealership] closed the deal on the same model in15 min. at 3K less

My wife and I recently purchased a used truck from Bull Valley Ford. We were able to negotiate a good deal, all with no sales pressure. (For example, nobody was saying "what will it take to get you in this vehicle tonight?") The sales personnel were very informative and professional, and when they caught that we were laid-back people, they quickly adapted to our attitude. While we were waiting, we were able to pass the time looking at and talking about their variety of Mustangs: from a GT-500, to a Saleen, to a new Bullitt, to a first-gen beauty. One sour point was the financing, which took longer than my past experiences. This may have been due to the late hour. The financing guy gave us the only sales pressure we received, for an extended warranty. We had never used this dealership before, so I was hesitant going into this. But the pleasant sales experience (thank you Justin and Marco) proved that they will definitely get our business next time we're in the market!
