onThe floor salesman was great.
However when it came time to talk numbers the manager blew it for him.
We were insulted by the offer.
As if we can't do math.
They were basically offering me nothing for my trade in (which has plenty of value according to blue book, Carmax offered more even) and full window price of vehicle we were looking at.
They tell you, "we will offer you this much for your car" but roll everything on top of new vehicle cost which translates to still paying off my car on top of the new one = negative value for my car.
Do the math before and while there, also keep your keys.
They like to play the hide your keys game to keep talking to you.
