This dealership not only gave us the best deal, their staff went over and above to make our purchase so easy. Starting with with the manager Steve who was great with putting together our deal.Our salesman John G was the best salesman, knowledgeable and so friendly. He made us feel valued and very confident about our purchase.! Jeremy in Finance was so fun, he made the closing pain free! These three guys were incredible!Highly recommended Zeigler CDJR!!

Due to lack of employees I had to make three trips and 3 days without a vehicle until the work was completed. Appointments were made each time and car wasn’t touched until Carlos got involved and scheduled time 👏himself. ask for. Srlos and he will follow through and great it done.

The entire service experience was above my expectations. I presented Marco Villatoro a damaged 2016 Jeep Cherokee due to it being operated without adequate oil pressure. The job came in under budget and on time. I am a retired Master automotive technician and the work was done to perfection.

First time scheduling a service at this location. Decided to transfer here as another Jeep location in the area kept disappointing. The service rep Dominic was great. Very attentive and friendly. I didn't have to wait at all for him to check me in. He provided an estimate for me to wait for the car to be completed and the timing was right on. The waiting area was nice and clean. They have a free arcade machine and kids play room. They also have a free coffee machine with various drink options. I was very pleased with my overall experience and I will be returning here in the future.

I had issues getting my problem resolved at other Chrysler dealers. I went to Zieglers Chrysler in Schaumburg I was in and out with no issues. I dealt with the service advisor Marco and he was an able to get my issue resolved. The waiting room is nice and the staff there is welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend it.

Quick, easy and no hassle

This was my first service on Jeep at this location and I worked with Moses , I arrive at location on appointment and was told that it will take less than an hour for oil change and tire rotation. Car was ready in 40 min.Though it would have been better if one problem which I explained in the car could have been diagnosed at same time but I was told to setup appointment for next week. But no complaints since I was in and out in 40 mins.

Zeigler Service, specifically Emily and Charles, made the inconvenience of a broke down car better and easier to deal with. Besides the dealership using Lyft to take me home and picked up, both of them kept me updated with regular status calls. They answered all of my questions and worked with me to get the car fixed.
