On June 19,2009 I serviced my 1997 BMW 318I at Patrick BMW, my service rep was Andy Maciuba,. I had a coupon for a oil change and a 20 point inspection. Unfortunately, the service was not performed the way it was advertised. I was told by the service rep. (Andy) that the car needed new rear shocks and rear mounts they were leaking oil and rusty mounts. On 08/04/2008 the car had new Bilsteins and new mounts installed. The car was stored for the winter indoors. and less than 3,000 miles on the shocks and mounts. I had the shocks and mounts re-checked at Arlington Performance Center, an visually inspected myself and found no leakage or rust on the mounts. In fact they looked brand new. I can not believe the car was inspected at all. I have purchased 2 autos from Patrick in the past but not recently and had my BMW serviced there numerous times but not anymore. I am very disappointed in the way they do business. I feel they tried to scam me and were deceitful with me. I will never buy or recommend anyone to Patrick BMW or motors again.
