We bought a used SUV from this dealership. It was supposed to be "Qcertified". First the rear brakes started grinding and it is also leaking oil. While I don't expect a used vehicle to be perfect, one would think that anything touted as certified wouldn't have these kind of problems. Secondly they messed up the paperwork and we had to drive back there 2 days later to fix their mistake.

Josh was very patient with me as we discussed my wants & needs. He explained everything in great detail. My wife and I have purchased 4 vehicles in 10 years. All from Bachrodt. And the last two were with the assistance of Kevin Lee. When we purchased our 2013 camaro, Kevin made such a great impression that although we moved to Rolling Meadows, we chose to go to Bachrodt and work with Kevin. Great experience, awesome car(2015 Traverse) and an even greater person making the sale. He even remembered small details almost 2.5 years later. We will continue coming back.

I had an amazing experience with the staff at Lou Bachrodt. Mike Fisher was the best sales consultant I've ever had to deal with and I don't think I'll ever deal with another one as long as Mike is around. I ended up buying 2 brand new cars because Mike's attitude, personality and easy going - no pressure approach. I also had the pleasure of working with Ed in the finance dept. That was a great way to end the experience. His dry sense of humor and quick wit made the whole signing process a lot more entertaining than it should be. I also have to mention JR Henry. We didn’t work directly with JR but he made a point of introducing us and let us know that we can go to him if we need anything and Mike is not around. Buying 2 cars made it a long, long day but it was an enjoyable long day. I went to several other dealers before stopping into Lou Bachrodt. I knew right away that this would be a different, more positive experience. I love when they call back for a follow up and I get to tell them that I went to Lou Bachrodt and bought 2 new cars. If a certain Ford dealership in Belvidere tells you they can't get you financed for a used car....go to Lou Bachrodt and buy 2 brand new cars from Mike Fisher :-)

visited Lou Bachrodt chevy and looked at 2011 Traverse. They did not have the options we wanted so they searched and found one for us and had it moved to their dealership. Did all of my negotiating over the phone without any problems. Got a good price and people were very nice to work with during the purchase process. No pressure and all went smooth. I would recommend them to anyone .
