Another Outstanding Purchase from Gerald Subaru of North Aurora

First, our salesman, Eric Zetterlof, was extremely friendly and honest but also very professional. My wife and I felt completely at peace with our transaction. Second, the Business Manager, Darell Cintron, wrapped up the paperwork and made that experience a "non-event", even though it seemed like the amount of paperwork equaled that of buying a house. Darell explained everything as we went and disclosed all the terms to our satisfaction. This is the second new car we have purchased at Gerald Subaru in North Aurora, and we have always done our service there as well. We will of course bring this new car there too. We have always recommended Gerald to other people. Eric will be recommended as a trusted source to other people now too. One of our daughters owns a Forester (she brings it to Gerald for service), and when she is in the market for a trade-in, she will be given Eric's name for sure! All-in-all, we never felt any pressure during the process, and everyone we saw, or had any interaction with, was friendly and welcoming. Great job!!

Very Decent Experience

I liked that the staff listened and respected our needs. We weren't ready to purchase when we test drove and we told our Peter that. He didn't bug us. When we were ready, we reached out and he and the staff went to town for us in a timely manner. Purchase day the staff respected that I needed facial masks worn because of an upcoming surgery and needing to stay well. It was so nice that everyone respected that request. Our experience was good and I know we will enjoy our vehicle and being well taken care of at Gerald Subaru.
