Wasted time

onTraded my 2016 Subaru WRX for a 2016 Audi S3 (November 17).. I wasn't going to make a deal when we came in to see the car, because I had some aftermarket parts on the Subaru WRX. The salesman Joe Curti offered to have the dealership swap my wrx aftermarket parts to stock if I make the deal that day (its also written in the contract). We accepted and signed the papers, came back the next day to bring in the stock parts. Fast forward a week (november 22) later, we came back to get the aftermarket parts and the stock parts wasn't even swapped yet. Talked to the service department manager Randy and he assured me that the job will be done by friday. I hope I wont be wasting my time and money leaving early from work just to find another excuse. I am coming back this friday (nov 24) to get the aftermarket parts. The buying experience was good, but this delay is costing us money since we have to leave work early (we make $80/hr). We live an hour away from the dealership. Will edit the review if everything goes smooth on friday.

Scott Okamura the Best!

onAfter not having bought a car in over 10 years, it was simply refreshing to buy an Audi from a salesman like Scott. All the horror stories and experiences out there buying cars makes one think twice when to go buy a car just for that reason. With Scott, you wanted to find reasons to come back to the dealership. I'm saying that because the car bought was pre-ordered in August and picked up in November. The initial test drive was a blast! Not your typical 5min around the block. Scott knew the vehicle in and out so he was very knowledgeable! Also, he was very proactive with communication letting know the status of the car build in the 90 day order process! Would definitely buy from Scott!

onI have owned and driven Audi's for nearly 25 years. This is the best dealership I have dealt with. The whole team went out of their way to make the car purchase process as seamless and painless as possible. They were attentive and responsive to my needs. Will consider them for future needs.

onI purchased a 2012 Q5 off lease, and had an excellent experience. I have bought or leased well over a dozen vehicles, and this was probably the best experience I had with a dealership. The price was very fair and competitive, atmosphere and courtesy were exemplary, and most importantly to me, the process was efficient and convenient.

onI submitted an online request for a lease quote through Edmunds.com. The internet sales person was very slow in responding. They wouldn't answer any questions over email, and wanted me to come in to get a lease quote. I finally got a quote over the phone, and asked for it to be emailed to me. What I received was very vague, and they refused to tell me how they got to such a high lease quote. I emailed the sales manager, Erica, and she turned out to be the one withholding all of the info I requested. She claimed that they aren't allowed to give out details like residual, lease disposition fee, sell price, and money factor. For anyone seriously shopping for a lease, these are things you need to know. I requested the same info from 3 other dealers and they all responded with that info. I'll only do business with dealers that don't try to hide things from me.

onPromises from internet sales manager. about high trade in value and big surprise. No reply after wasting my time come in for evaluation. Thought they can get my car cheap and sell 10k higher. Would not buy from them. Would not trade with them. Go to competition...

Misrepresentation

onThis dealership is the WORST. They clearly advertised a vehicle as dealer certified (extended 2 year 100,000 mile warranty) at a lower price on edmunds.com, and other sites, to get you into the dealership, then tell you the car will be almost $2,000.00 more if you want it certified. Find another dealership to buy from.

Salesmand was great - dealer low balled my trade by over 7K

onI had a wonderful experience with my salesman but when he came back with the numbers, I simply walked out the door. I purchased a new vehicle for less than money and got 7K+ more for my trade in. I would shy away from this dealer.
