Went in to buy a used car and ended up buying a new one. incredibly pushy sales people and manager. Neither listened to anything and i was about to just leave when they offered to pay the car insurance for a year( aprx 2500). Seems to good to be true ? Color me stupid.....but after dozens of phone calls and promises, I am still waiting for that check. don't be fooled by these [non-permissible content removed]!! **footnote** They finally say they have a check for $1000. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with.

They sold me a car without the title!

They sold me a car over a month ago and they still dont have the title. Now my temp plate is expired and they still dont have an answer for me. Very rude on the phone and I have to hound them down every day to get any information from them.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I would NOT recommend purchasing from this dealership. They charged 18% interest to a first time buyer with a 700 plus credit score, sold them an over priced warranty and never gave them the paperwork. Ran their credit through 11 banks, and did NOT give the customer the best available interest rate. Instead, they sold them the vehicle at an extremely high rate. The car has a serious alignment issue and 2 bald tires. When I attempted to confront the dealership in person I was told the GM was not available (nor did she subsequently ever return my calls). I spoke to the "new car manager" who basically admitted the purchaser was eligable for a better interest rate but "took the deal" at 18% and told me "there is nothing you are going to be able to do about it now the deal has been funded". In my opinion they took advantage of a young, nieve first time buyer and in my opinion their actions may even be a violation of some sort of law or policy. Which I am currently looking into. When I told the "new car manager" that I would be contacting Federal and State agencies with regard to this deal, he told me "I was threatening him and I should not make threats because he is friends with a state offical (whom he named). Note: after leaving this dealership we found out that the applicant was eligible for a 1.5% car loan and eligible through a 2nd bank for an interest rate under 5% - both of which KIA previously ran her credit through and I speculate was aware of. Yet she was charged 18%!!!

came into world kia and worked with Will. he helped me understand all situations and found me a vehicle that suites my life style and budget. he even helped me out to get a lower car insurance rate! had a really good time buying my first car and felt very comfortable.

Stay away from World Kia of Joliet they are a bunch of [non-permissible content removed] that will lie and cheat you, especially salesman Jerry, and all their managers are even worse, they'll do/say anything just to make a buck, but karma will find him, and i got capital one on them now....

Terrible

I bought this car a month ago and they told me the car passed the inspection. I blew a tire and had to replace 3 of the 4 tires because the tread was too worn. The inspection I had at the dealership 3 days ago had all 4 tires at 6/32". I had the tread rechecked and the tread was at 3/32" for 3 and 9/32" on the last one. The tire years were 2014 for 3 tires and 2017 for the fourth tire. The owners manual says you should not have more than 4/32" difference between any of the tires. I was transferred to 4 different departments and no one knew what to do. One person told me the tread was checked in November and all four tires were measured at 9/32". They refused to correct the issue and instead talked to me like I was a child.

I enjoyed my experience at World Kia. I was referred by my parents who bought a new car from here. I found them to be very knowledgeable about the cars they sell. Will Barnett was especially helpful and understanding of the type of car I was looking to buy. They were able to help me purchase a car as a grad student for which I am very grateful. I would definitely recommend this business for anyone looking for a brand new Kia or used car.

As soon as I stepped out of my car, Will Barnett was there to greet me. I knew that it would be a good experience from the moment he introduced himself. He is very charismatic and energetic, a perfect sale's person. The first car that he showed me was the 2013 Hyundai Elantra, as soon as he explained to me the features of the car, I was in love with it immediately. Will did a fantastic job at explaining to me why I should buy this car. He knew exactly what I was looking for in a first car. He was patient with my mother throughout the entire experience. I enjoyed taking it for a test drive and I was even more excited to hear the car is mine now. Thank you Will giving me a great first car experience and for being patient with me.
