I can't give this dealership enough praise. My experience with it and its personnel far surpass any other experiences I've had in my 50 years of car buying. They are all about what they can do, not what they won't do. John Cheung went out of his way to address any concerns and situation. I do not live close to the dealership. Therefore most of the negotiation for the purchase was done via e-mail. Both John and the dealership are very professional. Well worth the extra travel to work with them.

Continental Toyota's internet manager was very helpful with the purchase of my vehicle. Kathy provided an excellent price before I even walked in the door. Bill the salesperson made the process pleasant. The finance manager appeared slightly annoyed with me as I was having some difficulties with the sales contract. It was somewhat confusing. I also believe that the finance manager did not give me a favorable interest rate on my loan, given my credit score.

This by far was the best car buying experience we have ever had to date. My wife and I decided to try the Costco Auto Program to see what kind of deal we would get thru that program. After entering our membership info and the vehicle we were interested in they set us up with Continental Toyota in Hodgkins, Illinois. We were initially contacted by Donna David from the dealership who arranged an appointment with one of the sales people authorized at the dealership to work with the Costco Auto Program, Mickey Cicimov. We test drove the vehicle under no pressure and Mickey explained the program discounts we would get. Needless to say we went forward and not only purchased our very first Toyota, but also our first ever brand new vehicle! Kudos to Domenic in the finance department for taking care of us and making everything go smoothly. I have nothing but praise so far to say about Continental Toyota and these three employees. My wife and I love our new Toyota!

Continental cannot be shocked to read this, but I was surprised how disappointing my experience was at Continental Toyota. When my Wife purchased her vehicle she was treated well, but my experience was completely opposite. I was given a price of the vehicle via the internet. No mention of rebates, just an offer on what the price of the vehicle was. I have it in writing of what the price was. On the day I came in to test drive the vehicle, the salesperson confirmed multiple times the price I was getting plus .9% financing because the vehicle was a 2019. That was great. I confirmed price and financing. When i came to purchase the vehicle, all of sudden the bait and switch happens. They tell me last minute that I can only have the internet price or the financing, but not both because the internet price included a rebate. So they shrugged their shoulders and said i had to choose. This destroyed my excitement of buying the vehicle. I should have walked out because they lied to my face and then shrugged their shoulders when I complained and tried explaining that no one mentioned anything about a choice of financing vs. price and i had the price in writing. They even pulled that let me get my manager [non-permissible content removed]. the "manager" (probably the salespersons buddy) shrugged his shoulders too. I'm upset because No mention of rebates at any point in the sales process......I bought the vehicle because I loved the vehicle and didn't want to start over at another dealership. To cap it all off, the salesperson asked for a good survey while once again shrugging his shoulders and saying it's not his fault. How shameful. The nerve to screw someone and then ask for a good survey. I'm thinking about seeking legal action.....Overall, i will never buy another toyota, my wife will never buy a toyota and my family will never buy another toyota. Continental Toyota should be ashamed of themselves and toyota should be disgusted with their deceptive sales practices.

John is fantastic! He was patient and persistent. We ordered a Rav4 Hybrid in June and they were back ordered. Even after we agreed to go with a different color, John did not give up looking for the color of the car we wanted and I glad that he didn't! This is my third new car that I have purchased and by far the best salesman I have had.

I just bought a 2019 Toyota Highlander from Continental Toyota and had a wonderful experience. John Cheung was my salesperson and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. John has been with Continental Toyota for many years and I can certainly see why. Andrew Low the Sales Manager was a joy to work with as well. Not only were they friendly and knowledgeable but they were also very professional and respectful. John knew exactly what I was looking for and worked hard to get us to a very reasonable deal on the car I really wanted. I couldn’t be happier! Continental Toyota is lucky to have John and Andrew – they make a great team. I have bought several cars over the years and this by far was my best car buying experience. I was the owner of a 2003 Dodge Durango and it was time to say goodbye. Being that it had been 16 years since buying a new car I was very overwhelmed to say the least. I did my research and selected a Toyota. I was greeted by Rick Mendoza and I explained my situation and he was friendly, patient and informative. After a test drive I knew I was interested in the 2019 Toyota RAV4 LE AWD. One week later my husband and I went back at which point I made the purchase. Rick was fair with my trade in and pricing and he made sure all the paperwork went through smoothly. When leaving with my new car he assured me I could come back with any questions. The technology in cars these days is abundant. I would recommend asking for Rick as your salesperson.

I started working with Rick Mendoza about 2 weeks ago about possibly buying a 2019 Highlander. I was referred to Rick through my boyfriend who had purchased a TDR Forerunner within the last year. Rick was detailed, thorough, and no-nonsense. He wasn't pushy but his final price on the car was fair and competitive as I did check with other dealerships on the same model via www.truecar.com.
