I have purchased over 10 cars and never had to deal with any [non-permissible content removed] salesman until I went to this Dealership. The Sales guys was dishonest, lied throughout the entire purchase. The finance manager was in on it. Anyone that answers the phone is rude and they wont readily give you information. I physically went to the dealership and no manager would see me and they still wont provide me with the General Manager Info. I have filed complaints with the BBB as well as the office of Professional Regulation. Dont buy here: HIDDEN FEES

Inaccurate Multipoint Inspection

The gentleman who assisted me in scheduling my oil change was and always is courteous and friendly. Aside from that, being charged $115 bucks for an oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection where they lie is frustrating. I recently had to replace one of my tires (I know suppose to do in sets of two) and they just wrote the same measurement as the rest. Does not seem like a big deal on its face but I use to put a lot of faith in the multipoint inspection for my safety but now can't trust it at all. For reference, the tire was replaced brand new two months ago and they marked it at 5/32. Nowhere near close, so what else do they just overlook?

Went to Zeigler for an Express Oil change and it was the fastest service I’ve ever received...20 minutes for the oil change and inspection. Hadn’t finished my coffee when the service adviser found me to say everything was done and no issues. Thank you Michael and service tech Hector.

Walked in determined to make deal with a car I found on line at this dealership. Met Tommy the sales manager and was straight with him on my expectations for my trade and their vehicle and he was super accommodating. Then met Jimmy from sales for a test drive and really great guy. Struck the deal I wanted then off to Dave in finance and home with the car that evening. Perfect experience.

They break, you fix

I brought my son’s Wrangler in for oil change and tire rotation before he took it back to school. The shop broke a stud when rotating the tires. They sent me to 4 Wheel Parts to have the stud fixed…with four of the five lug nuts on. The guys at 4 Wheel Parts were helpful, fixed what Zeigler broke and couldn’t believe the dealer didn’t fix it. Getting pretty tired of Jeep dealer service not standing behind their work. Used to, but not any more.

They took care of major warranty issue this spring. I’ve got another issue with headlights, brights, and fogs they are working to resolve however no success yet. The promise to be diligent once intermittent issue presents itself again.

I bought my car new at another dealership 8 years ago. My car had a couple of recalls and I had to have a Chrysler dealership repair it. In April 2022 I came to this dealership for a repair and George helped me. He was wonderful and went over the best options for me. His treatment was much different, I felt like an individual. He treated me with excellence even though my car doesn't look as well. In fact, the entire crew is just extra professional and friendly. Even down to the nice pick-up drivers who were just as wonderful with their superb customer service and driving skills. I enjoyed my conversations with them when they took me back home and picked me up when my car was ready.

My salesman RJ truly impressed me with the many ways in which he moved mountains to get me into this beautiful SUV. I just can't say enough about him and how proud I was to leave the Lot with my Beautiful Boss Car. Typically I wouldn't have chosen the exterior color but it was the interior that made me drool. I do not recommend ZEIGLER! Purchased a $62,000 Durango and they didn't care about our concerns after they got their money. They under valued my 2020 Charger Daytona and put on their lot for almost $10,000 more. Took over a month for them to send in my registration. Suppose to get a $75 promo card for test drive and never received. Dealership does care about your concerns after they receive their money.
