The BEST Dealership around hands down. The Dealership is beautiful and the sales staff has a laid back attitude however professional at the same time. Erick, Bill, Gary, Lizzy and Chris in service are phenomenal - answered my questions and extremely responsive via email and text. This is a must for any Mazda fan:)!

Test drove car on my lunch hour and settled on a price all within 1 hour 15 mins. Came back that night with my wife to do the paperwork and it was all done and I was there 15 mins before pulling out with my new car. Jesse is a great salesman. No pressure and he just gave me the keys to take the car for a test drive while he stayed back at the dearlership. So again no pressure on buying the car and I was there 2 times for a grand total of 1 hour 30 minutes. Could not be happier with the buying process and the car. Would have put this review on Cars.com, but the rating section is not working and would not let me submit the review on their website. Found the car on Cars.com.

There's a reason why my wife and I keep going back to Pugi of DG; their service is hands down the best in the business! From the moment you walk in the door up until the time you leave, they make you feel at home and treat you like family. They have NO pressure "sales tactics", happily answer any questions you have about the car/s you're considering, and are extremely patient with those of us who need to take our time when coming to the important decision of purchasing a new vehicle (they happily allowed me to test drive THREE cars in a single visit, just to ensure I was absolutely satisfied with my eventual decision, which I AM!!!). This is the 3rd car my wife and I have purchased from Pugi, and will certainly not be the last (I've already recommended them to my younger sibling and two coworkers!). From top down, Pugi of DG is extremely well run, oozing of class and integrity, and has a "Forever Customer" in me!

After over 8 months of researching, calling, emailing, traveling to, re-traveling to various dealerships throughout the Chicago land area my journey took me back to Pugi Hyundai where I had met Ron Misher some 3 months earlier. My goal was to purchase a 2015 Genesis and finding an AWD vehicle with the ultimate package at my personal budget pricing had proven to be unsuccessful up to this point. Ron had been staying in contact with me to inform me about vehicle interest that he thought I would like..hence...a white CPO Genesis had arrived at the dealership in early September. Ron had become the " gentle giant" who TOTALLY serviced me and my wife for the 3-4 hours at the dealership..... From Reviewing vehicles on lot, Test driving vehicles, Providing a stress free negotiation , and seeing to completion the purchase deal. He even put the plates on the vehicle & took the time to answer my many questions along with reviewing car features that I didn't understand...and this was after the dealership closed. TRUST ME...it is said that car mechanics & car salesmen are amongst the scum of the earth as they attempt to rob you blind. WELL RON MISHER PROVIDED MY WIFE & I WITH A WORLD CLASS EXPERIENCE and now i'll be working on her car purchase from there, AND REFERRING FAMILY AND FRIENDS! I recently got divorced and found myself stuck with a very underwater Cadillac Escalade ESV that I needed to trade in and get a more practical call for one person. I went to several dealerships looking for options, but I ran into people unwilling to take the time to help me. From the moment I walked into Pugi Mazda and spoke to Erick he was professional, understanding, and worked very hard to uncover options that would help me out of a very difficult situation. His follow up was great and was very informative while not being high pressure or pushy. In the end I bought a car from Erick and Pugi Mazda and could not be happier with the deal they put together for me. Their finance person, Raluca, was also outstanding and went above and beyond to find me the best possible financing options. I bought car at Pugi in late April and had a fantastic experience. I have to say this is the 3rd time I've purchased a car by myself (without a male companion) and was the best experience I've had yet. There was no pressure to make a decision, Matt answered all my questions patiently and walked me through everything I needed to know. While I went to the dealership to do a little investigating, as I did not NEED a new car, I found the time I spent there, the car I drove and the sales experience to be so excellent that I did end up trading in my car and making a purchase.

I recently went to the Pugi Mazda in Downers Grove, IL last week some time to purchase a brand new 2017 Cx9 with my daughter...the service was incredibly outstanding! I was working with Jesse for a while, he made sure I was comfortable with my decision and happy with what I picked out. I'm usually in dealerships for hours, getting no where, and walking out with nothing. Jesse made sure from the very beginning that I was at the right place working with the right people. When working with Jesse and his coworkers George and Jerry, they made everything that much better. In and out, paperwork was ready to go over and the truck was ready to just take off in. Jesse had such a great personality, very talkative, his morale was very high, for being in such tense industry. That's what made me feel comfortable and happy with the decision I walked out with. They went above and beyond my expectations. Good job Jesse, George and Jerry! I will be sending recommendations your way!!!
