Two Saturdays ago we went to Manning Ford to PURCHASE a 2010 Ford Taurus. After 1 - 1 1/2 hours of being insulted, disresprected, yanked around, not giving us a deal AT ALL and not being treated nicely, we walked out. Shame on "that guy" who madethe salesman loose out on a commission and that same guy that didn't have guts to face us. By the way, the salesman was fantastic....just unfairly treated by his fellow employee. What Manning fails to realize, we bought 8 cars in a 12 year period, from the same dealership in Omaha, Nebraska and we were looking to have the same loyalty and dedication with a dealership here, since moving here. We couldn't be happier now, we went to another local Ford dealer and purchased a 2010 Ford Edge Limited Edition. The sticker price was more on the Edge and we are paying less than what we offered Manning Ford. Most importantly, we were treated with decency, courtesy and respect and we were taken seriously....Love the other Ford dealer!!!!!!!

Since moving to the dekalb area, I have purchased 2 cars from Brad Manning Ford. After hearing my wonderful experience at this dealership my family purchased 2 cars as well. I have had nothing but a great experience here. I never get any pressure to buy and they are always more than willing to work with me. From sales to service I get treated respectfully. I highly suggest Brad Manning Ford when shopping in the Dekalb area. I have heard horror stories about the other Ford dealer in the area. BOTTOM LINE: If you want the best, go to Manning Ford
