All of the experiences that I had with the sales team were dishonest and disrespectful. I would not recommend this business to anyone. I am sorry I did not read the reviews on this site before going to this showroom. I realized later that I am not the only person who had a bad experience with this Ford dealership.

Scheduled a service oil change arrived early and they proceeded to tell me it would be an additional hour and a half to two hours just for an oil change go elsewhere!

I was at your ford dealership on Saturday looking at your cars for sales we went to look at the bronco and the MSRP was one price and on a paper that you's wrote added 8 to 10,000 to that price that is illegal. I will make sure I let everyone know how your company take advantage of there customer. We have bought a few cars from your company but i will never go back after that.

The sales team are dishonest, they’ll add extra warranties to your purchase without asking you and lie you about many other things. I left very disappointed and wishing I had read the reviews before visiting this dealership.

Certified fail

On 5-22-21 I purchased a 2018 Ford F150 XLT. My salesperson Devin confirmed it was a ford certified pre-owned and assured me it passed a rigorous 172 point inspection. I also talked with Mike who was drawing up papers for the sale who also confirmed certified pre-owned vehicle which as a buying customer made me feel confident about purchasing this vehicle. I also purchased an extended service plan with vehicle. As the paperwork was being worked on Devin was going over the vehicle with me and showing me all the new features of the 2018 F150 XLT I was trading in an older 2009 F150. One of the new features was the sync 3 system with touch screen control. The sync system was not responding to touch set up Devin also tried to work with it but was also having a problem with it. After some discussion with Devin and knowing I was to return Monday 5-24-21 with title and spare key for trade in we could figure system out with an update. I left with vehicle in good faith that on 5-24-21 problem with sync screen could be resolved. On 5-24-21 I returned and Devin tried again with no remedy to figure out sync system and I was then instructed to make appointment with service department. My service date was 6-4-21 and at this time I was told the vehicle needed a new sync module and would be contacted when the part came in. I was contacted on 6-15-21 that sync module was in and an appointment was made for service with Nina for 6-21-21 @ 7:00am. On 6-18-21 I called Devin about my appointment for service on 6-21-21 and my concern about the $100 deductible on E.S.P. because this was an issue before I left Westfield Ford on 5-22-21 day of purchase. Devin told me he would look into it and have answer on 6-21-21 when I bring vehicle in for service. When service was completed on 6-21-21 I was told the deductible of $100 could not be waived. I was disappointed to hear that and do not understand how this vehicle I purchased being a Ford Certified pre-owned and undergone a rigorous 172 point inspection and this problem existed before I even left Westfield Ford yet was charged to me on the E.S.P. I was also disappointed when I asked Devin that day of service on 6-21-21 about talking to someone about decision and was told that nobody was there that I could plead my case to about changing it. I still feel that the $100 should have been waived for that service considering it was an issue before sale.

Bad Experience

My service experience with Westfield Ford was a nightmare beginning with service writer Tony’s lack of respect and zero professionalism which leads me to never again visit this place and never again purchasing Ford products 3-1/2 weeks into repair Ford did not honor my aftermarket warranty. They made several promises as to when the vehicle would be ready and they never lived up to their word. They threatened me to pay a $900.00 bill or they would not release my vehicle, the actual bill was only $600.00! A manager intervened and was able to get my bill down to $381.00 again for work I never authorized! This place does nothing but scam people!!

DISAPPOINTED

I had a 7:30am appointment in which I was checked in at 7:15am, simple oil change, fix a running board & align rear door of my f150, while sitting in the waiting area the 2 service advisors walked past me numerous times & assisted other people to advise of what their status was, at 11:00am I decided to inquire about my f150, they chuckled and stated that they didn’t know that I was sitting in the waiting area in which the service advisor that checked me was aware of me waiting, the other service advisor stated to me that my f150 was not touched yet & was parked in the lot, so I decided to leave since I wasted a day off of work without pay to accomplish nothing, no apologies or anything from the 3 service advisors, I would not recommend this place, horrible service!

No Longer a Customer

I have purchased 3 vehicles from Westfield Ford since 2013 and currently own a 2018 Escape. I have had nothing but a multiple of issues with the service department. Last year my vehicle was recalled because of an error in my computer system where coolant was leaking into the engine. Westfield accommodated me and provided a rental car. The issue I had is that I noticed leaking oil from my vehicle when I got home. I brought my vehicle back to Westfield that week to fix the issue and they claimed they fixed the issue. That same week I noticed leaking oil from engine again. I again had to take my vehicle to Westfield to get my engine reassembled. Steve Barry had to jump in and finally get my engine properly assembled. I was frustrated that I had to take my vehicle to Westfield multiple times to get my engine reassembled so in the survey I was given I provided negative feedback. I also provided negative feedback in a survey where I dropped off my vehicle for an oil change and my vehicle sat in the parking lot for over 3 hours before they touched it. I had to rearrange plans that day and was frustrated that it that long to get my vehicle served. I have also had issues where oil changes have taken longer than they said they would. On 2/13/2021 I was replacing a headlight and was having issues with slack in the wire because of how the headlight was assembled. I reached out to Westfield that afternoon to see if they could take a look at it. I realize it was a Saturday afternoon and that they were super busy but the service technician I spoke to was not willing to be accommodating. My vehicle would have been in the service center 5-10 minutes so I did not feel like my ask was unreasonable. I was frustrated with the service technician not willing to hear me out and said I would take my vehicle to another dealership. The service technician replied saying, "Whatever that's okay you bomb us on surveys anyway." After hearing that I hung up. Knowing that the service center feels that way about a loyal customer since 2013 I will no longer get my vehicle served or purchase another vehicle at Westfield again. I know if I provided that type of customer service in my line of work I would be disciplined. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of respect from the service department and I’m done dealing with it. I know it won’t be hard to find another dealership with a service department that provides better customer service than Westfield Ford.

Excellent service experience

On Friday, December 4, 2020, I received tire services from Westfield Ford. Let me say, the customer service that I have experienced was phenomenal. I didn't have to wait long, and the staff was super friendly. General Manager Steve, who is the friendliest GM I have ever met, greeted me and answered my questions successfully in a comforting, professional manner. He really made sure I was satisfied with everything. Oh, and not to mention, the dealership was spotless. I highly recommend this dealership! Thanks, Westfield Ford for the top-notch service!

Guest relations manager

I was reaching out becuase a service member called me and it was very disterbing. he stated that my bad service review was why he was losing his job and was blaming me, very passive aggresive and unprossesional. usually ron an older gentleman takes care of me and hes the best but this guy called me on my personal number idk how hw got it whicih was also werid.

Never again

Went in for a complimentary oil change and tire rotation because of an unsatisfactory work from the last time I was at the dealership. Once again I am unsatisfied with the work performed. At the prior appointment the tires on my F150 were supposed to be rotated and they were not. I wrote a review explaining what happened and the dealership offered a complimentary oil change package which I thought was a nice gesture. I went in this week for the work and once again they did not rotate the tires per the work I was supposed to receive. I waited over 2 hours for the oil change and did not realize the tires were not rotated until the next day. I did contact the service rep to let them know and told him I will never step foot in Westfield Ford again.

Bad customer service

Called Miguel to schedule mobile airbag replacement. Made an appointment for 9 am in two days after I called. Miguel said he would call me next day to confirm appointment. Never called. I had to call him and he says,I was only in for a little while yesterday. Sorry. Ok so see you tomorrow at 9am. 11:10 ,Arron calls and says,hey I’m in front of your house. OVER 2 hours late. No phone call. “Hey were going to be late “. No phone call from Miguel. “Hey sorry about that let’s reschedule “. Nothing. So now when I meet people and they ask me about my car. I tell them to stay away from Westfield Ford

If you want to be treated poorly, this is the place to go

If you love the "I have to go to my manager" game, and the delay and wait game, and the back room office pressure cooker, if you enjoy feeling like hunter prey, and an ownership group that really does not care about your experience, this is the dealership for you. If you wanted to be treated with respect and listened to, I suggest you find another dealer. These guys may be the worst. They are a fall back to the bad old days of the 1980's

Very Disappointed

I purchased my car over a year ago,with several packages added.After receiving my car on a Friday,I had realized they calucated my income of incorrect information.I returned the next Saturday and told them the car was not good fit financially and the income information was incorrect.I was in tears.I offered to pay for the mileage I put on the car .They told me sorry you can not bring back the car.Talked with fiance,they had agreed to take some of the packages off and the returned money would be put on the car loan.The said the loan can not be changed as it was already processed...Lie,the loan was not processed until Tuesday.They never took the packages off and one of the packaged,protection package I still have not received nor the money.It's been over a year.I know they called me in March and when I told the representative,because they lead me to believe,the package was cancelled but if something was different call me back.Never received a phone call.Email sale rep several times no answer and one time they answer they told me they did not have the correct phone number.Ford Motor Company no help.Now I am out alot of money and still no product and worst I am paying interest on this product because they refused to allow me to pay for the packages separate....more commission for them.Sad they would take advantage of a single mom with an adult with disabilities.I take my car to another Ford Dealership for service as I don't even want to deal with them anymore

Mud Flaps (who would have thought)

I ordered some mud flaps from your list of accessories and scheduled to have them installed. First off, when I placed the order with Albert he confirmed the price of the part and then the labor for installation. (This info was also on website) When I arrived everything seemed under control but I guess when the mechanic looked at the parts and instructions he realized that 1 hour was not going to be enough time. My concierge Luis informed me just before the one hour mark that the vehicle would not be ready on time. At that point I had only been there an hour so I was not too concerned. After awhile I went back and checked with Luis and he said he would check on the job for me. He returned and told me it would be at least an hour more because the instructions on the parts were not clear and the mechanic had never installed these before. At that time I told him that I was okay until 2pm and then I had to pick up my son. It took the mechanic about 51/2 hours to complete this. I did not get out until 2:30pm! This is unacceptable. I ordered more parts yesterday. When they come in I want to go over them with Steve the service manager so that he can properly estimate an installation time so that next time will not be so inconvenient. Loaners are very hard to get at Westfield. If you do get one you are expected to provide a drivers license, and a credit card on file. I have worked with many dealerships and this has never come up, or been a problem It is a disappointment. I wanted my truck washed after the installation yesterday but I ran out of time. Luis said he would put one on my account. I also recently had the misfortune of having my nav screen/ computer module go out on me when the vehicle is less that 2 months old! Again, I was told the process would take 'no more' than 2 hours' but again that was not possible. I could go on about other experiences but I won't. Overall, I had a great experience with sales. Russ brown was great and Sydney was very helpful setting up my Fordpass App. When I went to the cashier to pay they had doubled the labor (I was quoted $49.95 per axle) Luis had to adjust the invoice. Then I wanted to use some of my Ford points and the cashier lady needed to get someone else to help her to figure out how to do that. It makes a customer rethink their decision to buy a new vehicle at Westfield and that concerns me. I hope you guys can get it together,

Extremely Rude Salesman

I talked on the phone with a Salesman named Mike. He asked for the vin # for my car, I had to give it to him 3 times. Every time he read it back to me he read it Wrong. When I would try to read the correct # he would get mad & say I wasn`t reading it to him correctly. He was very Rude, very Sarcastic, and he acted like any Wrong info was My Fault. Don`t use this car lot & Don`t use Mike. Mike at ext.6064

Ford Focus towed twice after being purchased brand new 5 days ago

My mother-in-law purchased a car from Westfield Ford on Saturday, by Monday the car already had issues. The car has been leaking gas for a number of days. The car was taken back to the dealership on Tuesday morning, and returned on Wednesday claiming the issue was fixed. Today, Thursday, December 20, 2018 the car is having similar issues and she is waiting once again for Ford Roadside assistance to pick her up and tow her car, a brand new car with 13 miles on it and supposedly repaired by Westfield Ford. I called Westfield Ford because it is ridiculous that a brand new car that was supposedly repaired by Westfield is having the same issue. I was told basically there is nothing they can do, and was not able to reach the sales manager that was readily available to meet with us when my mother-in-law purchased the car. The car having an issue is understandable, what isn't understandable is that the car wasn't properly inspected before being delivered to the customer when purchased. The car wasn't properly inspected after being repaired by the dealership. The service manager says they can't do anything until they have the car, his mistake was not properly repairing the car in the first place and checking it for the customer when it was purchased after sitting on a lot for months. Does Westfield Ford agree with the service manager, "there's nothing I can do"? Does Westfield Ford stand behind the vehicles they sell and repair? Does Westfield Ford even care that an elderly woman has been stuck in her car for hours in the cold because their service department failed to properly diagnose and correctly repair a brand new car with 13 miles on it? Does the Westfield Dealership even care once they've made a sale and the car is out the door? Westfield prove me wrong because right now, all I've seen is one sale person named Eddie that has shown more concern and caring then the management at Westfield. He is the only one that has gone out of his way to remedy the problem when it first occurred. He isn't at work today and the lack of caring and concern has gone with him. Pretty sad Westfield Ford, poor managerial response, poor service department results and poor overall experience with Westfield Ford.
