I bought a used truck that seemed like new. They cleaned and gassed it up for me and the had me in and out. Jaime my sales guy was eager to help me and went above and beyond to get everything I needed to leave with my vehicle. Gave me a fair deal on my trade in, explained all the paperwork thoroughly, handled my payoff efficiently and were very courteous throughout the process, which is something I was looking for after a bad experience last time buying a truck. David the finance guy even got me a great apr and worked with me on a warranty. They have a huge repair center too that has car washes oil changes and tire rotation with purchase. I’m very satisfied and would recommend these guys and their team anytime. Thanks for everything!

I had a great experience with Jamie. He was very helpful with any questions that I had but was also straightforward, which you don't find to often when purchasing a vehicle. The whole process from start to finish was a breeze. David also made the process super easy when it came to financing - he explained everything in great detail and also answered any questions that we had. We purchased a Ford Explorer from a different dealer about 18m ago. It was a factory reconditioned vehicle which we were assured had completely resolved the issue. Wickstrom were the nearest dealer to us and when we identified an issue with the paint we were initially pleased with the support provided. Since then, this vehicle seems to have had perpetual small quality issues (seat cover not fitted correctly, window switch covers had the silver coating peel off and other similar type issues). However, although I have had the vehicle serviced only at Wickstrom since then, I have subsequently found that one of the gas bonnet struts had a fitting broken (presumably by them as it was not broken when the car was purchased and they have been the only service centre to open the bonnet). The wing mirror has also lost its settings and has to be reset every time we get into the vehicle. More importantly, the rear camera has an intermittent fault that has affected the whole series of this vehicle and the manufacturer has taken 18m to acknowledge and now find a solution that is a recall for all similar models. I took the car into Wickstrom about a month ago and Mark booked a service call but did not provide any clarification on what they proposed to do or cost. As such, my wife took our car into the dealership today and was treated like an idiot as well as charged $189 for a diagnostic checkup for a known problem that has been a problem well before our warranty period passed. I wish to warn other owners that if you happen to purchase a dud vehicle, then Wickstrom will use the opportunity to charge you at every opportunity and let you know after they do the work rather than give you the option. Rather unsurprisingly, the wing mirror issue is now worse since they ran their diagnostics than before they did (it now happens with all the seat positions rather than just the one that was previously affected!) I for one will never use them again!!

Don DiPaulo was a huge help in my car shopping experience. I am very please with my new Jeep Grand Cherokee and I highly recommend Don to help. This was the best dealership experience I have had. I have bought many new cars over the 50 years I have been driving. Eric Jensen was great, very informative and absolutley no pressure. We just received our 2024 Jeep Sahara 4xe. This is our first purchase of a Wrangler and safety was important to us with a new driver in the family. Jamie Weinberg was great to work with as when we began exploring options, we really had no idea what model would fit our needs the best.
