I had my vehicle in and explained transmission issue. They said pay 100 bucks to get the fluid change, there wasn't an issue. I paid the money, drove it away, and then same problem. Called back, they said no there isn't, and I needed to come in a prove it. A few days later, with my husband gone, I'm pregnant, with 2 babies and my other children, the car breaks down with the transmission light on. I had to have it towed in, had to wait the weekend with no rental car until they figured out what it was, which they couldn't cause of the weekend and then when they could get to it. They said there was a crack in my 2007 transmission and they would fix it. So I paid $100 bucks for fluid I didn't need, and fought with them when they said there was no issue and to prove it, and was home with my kids, no way to get anywhere, groceries for days.
