Significant over-charge

You fixed my car, which I appreciate. The problem has not returned after several days, which I also appreciate. However, I was charged for 2-1/2 hours of labor. My checkout time was 1 hour and 55 minutes after my check-in time (this is documented on the paperwork that I received from you). Clearly, a technician could not have worked on my car for 2-1/2 hours or even 2 hours. 1-1/2 hours is likely the maximum amount of time a technician was actually working given that they probably had to finish work on another car before starting on mine. Research online indicates that the job should have taken 15-20 minutes, especially for technicians who are highly trained and are using the best tools. When you are charging $185/hour for labor, I certainly hope your technicians are highly trained and using the best tools. You also charged me $105.29 for a part that I can purchase online (an OEM part) for $30. It's logical to assume from all of this that you have significantly over-charged me for the service that I received. On that basis, I will never bring my car back to your shop. I will also share my experience with my friends, and I encourage them to take their vehicles elsewhere for service. You can't expect to keep your customers when you take advantage of them this way.

Guessing game

After 3 hours of having my car they say my wheel bearings are bad. After I share with them they just fixed my wheel bearings 2 weeks ago they call back and say they made a mistake and it was just a rock caught under my rotor. It just sounds suspicious and make you question their intentions. I was told the mechanic never checked my car just figured by the noise it was the wheel bearing. So what if I paid to have my wheel bearing fixed and it would have been a rock? I'm just not happy.

30,000 mile service

Came in for my 30,000 mile maintenance and was expecting to have to have everything under the sun done and charged an arm and a leg, Just the opposite, after the tech looked over my car the service rep came and offered only what was needed. Very pleased!
