My service was unsatisfactory. The wait was too long. To fix my truck it took 1 1/2 months. I had to ask my service assistant to keep me updated on the statist. I shouldn't have to request such thing.

Just another sale

I bought a brand new 2019 Chevy Colorado from Cutter. They made me miss my flight back home to Maui to try and close the deal even though I was willing to fly back the next day. Confusion on how to take my down payment. 2 weeks later I get my truck and there’s a big leak in my rear window. There was also a stain on my headliner so it was leaking for a while. No concern about how my truck was doing. It seemed like they didn’t believe me at first. Didn’t offer to try and help me out some how. Acted like it wasn’t their problem anymore. Disappointing customer service especially since this was a brand new truck and a manufacturer defect.

Excellent customer service. Daymus went out of his way to answer all of my questions. I'm rather indecisive, but he was patient and followed up with me. I'm very pleased with my buy and my experience. I would recommend and go back when it's time for my next buy.

Buyer Beware

Basically screwed me out of a toyota FJ worth 22,000 for 13,500 for a crappy Corvette that kept breaking down all the time bad customer service, bad product, bad quality bad bad bad. If you want to get screwed shop at cutter

Internet Sales is the way to go!

Extremely satisfied first new car owner..... I am 26 years old and very inexperienced in the way of purchasing a new vehicle. I have always owned used cars and bought privately from the paper in the past, or when lucky, get an older "hand me down" from a relative trading up to a new one. So, needless to say, I was a little naive. I did not want to go to a dealer and be "taken," as I have heard from others about their buying experiences, but I wanted a vehicle that would not breakdown on me. So, I decided to go check out the Cutter Chevrolet internet sales department and I am so glad I did! Their Internet Sales department was very friendly and helpful. I was treated very well they explained what was going on through the whole process in a way I could understand. I am so happy now that I have my new Malibu and they made it so very, very easy. I would recommend this experience to anyone looking for a great buying experience!

Horrible Sales!

After looking at their internet site, I made contact with the Internet Sales person, John. I went down today, parked in a designated customer parking. While in the car and on the phone a very aggressive sales man approached me. While still in the car! I told him I had an appt with someone but he persisted and wanting to know what business I had at Cutter. AFter an exchange of words and cat calls from the other sales men while walking into the showroom, I asked to speak the the sales manager. I complained about the approach. After an hour of working with John, I went to me car and drove off the lot only to discover that my tires had been flattened. Upon inspection of the valve stem a rock had been placed in the stem and the cap placed back on thus the flat tire. The truck I was looking at purchasing was $35,000. So much for salesmanship!
