Called to check out a car I seen online and was assisted by Scott King. I set an appointment to come see the car with the intent to purchase it. Scott had it all cleaned up, he was very welcoming, professional and was very thorough when going over the vehicle. Scott was amazing I really enjoyed doing business with him. I can tell he knew the product very well and pointed out features I didn't know it had, based on my own research. Also, I want to acknowledge Teaunna Lester, Finance Manager she was amazing as well, very professional and welcoming. She took her time going over the paperwork and answered the all our questions without any hesitation. Infiniti of South Atlanta has a great team. Scott and Teaunna are great assets to the company they made my experience unforgettable. I highly recommend this location! Thanks for the excellent customer service, it definitely goes a long way.

I previously used two other service providers, who did not make the proper diagnosis and charged me to keep replacing parts until one worked. Mark Smith, a service consultant at Infiniti of South Atlanta, treated me right, the technicians determined and handled the actual problems, and they are helping me to avoid future issues on an older car through their advice and monitoring. They have my confidence and gratitude.

My husband and I are from South GA about 4 hours away. We had an unfortunate encounter at another INFINITI dealership a few years ago. Because my husband and I had purchased two brand new Infiniti’s, which took us no time to fall in love with, we then embarked upon an expedition to keep our relationship with INFINITI solid and intact. That quest landed us at INFINITI of South Atlanta which would be the beginning of forever. We made contact with Avery Anderson who is the epitome of what customer service is as well as an ambassador for the INFINITI brand. We purchased two Infiniti’s which Avery made such a seamless transaction for us two years ago. We were so pleased that we went back around the beginning of November, dealt with Avery Anderson again and purchased two brand new INFINITI 2017 SUV’s. Because of the integrity, knowledge, and professionalism of Infiniti South Atlanta, we thought it not robbery to take the 4 hour drive one-way again to get “real results!” This is the dealership if you want honesty mixed with knowledge of product, coupled with professionalism and seamed with genuine customer service. Everyone from the receptionist to the sales reps to the finance managers were exceptional! They were professional, very polite and accommodating. I must extend a special thank you to Avery Anderson, who helped me find my perfect Infiniti and Taurus Williams who refused to quit to find me the best financing deal possible! I will definitely return. They have made me a forever Infiniti owner!

We looked at luxury SUV's for over a year, at a number of dealers, and kept coming back to QX80s at Infiniti of South Atlanta. Anthony Smith was our salesman. He, and General Manager, David Watts, took the initiative to keep searching for a vehicle that had all the features we wanted. They gave us a good deal, so we ended up buying a 2017, when we initially thought we wanted a used vehicle. We like the fact that the dealership supports their local area through charitable giving and sponsorships. The facility is first class. You get Free Oil Changes for the life of the car, and other perks. We are loving our 2017 QX80, and highly recommend Infiniti of South Atlanta.

Horrible Infiniti Of South Atlanta

Well today is June 26,2015 and I just purchased a Used 2012 Infiniti M37x. There was so much deception with this purchase that I really don't know where to begin. So lets start here. I previously owned a 2005 Infiniti G35x. I had started experiencing some mechanical issues with the car as a result of the axles breaking. So I ended up having my car towed up to infiniti for an diagnostic. After diagnosing the car I had a repair bill or 2$500+ dollars so I decided to look into getting a new car. I spoke with Andre Goolsby who seemed to be a fair and trustworthy person, as they all do. We went through a few options and after looking I decided on a 2012 M37x with 29000 miles on it. After going over the numbers with Andre I told him that I did not like the numbers that was presented. The deal was that they were giving me 3500 for a car that according to KBB was worth 4200 in rough condition and up to 8000 in great condition, $618 monthly payment and $2500 down. Well I didn't like that deal so I told him I would just get my car repaired. He later talked to me and told me not to pay the bill at that time but let them start the repairs and he would work it out. So the next 2 days I hear from Andre and He told me that they would give me $4500 for the car which sweetened the deal for me. He text me and told me not to come by at that time because he was trying to take care of the service bill that he said he would take care of. So finally he said to come on by. The first wrong thing was that the car we originally agreed upon was not the car he tried selling me. I had asked him what happened to the car and he said it was sold, and i had no clue. In addition the car had 55000+ miles on it and a different interior. I asked about it and he said that one was $3000 cheaper which was ok with me. Since im running out of characters to write more ill sum it all up. I end up having to pay a $2500 service fee for a car I sold to them and a down payment. The car was dirty on the inside and I didn't get the spare key. The icing on the cake is when he said that his dealership wont pay the bill because they dont want the care. Horrible job guys.

I recently bought a 2012 M37 due to the impeccable service of Ms. LaKisha J. Ms. J. was my service agent on my first purchase about two years ago on a G35 and during that transaction I stated to her that the M37 was my dream car. Due to her passionate service and her ability to assess my desire to acquire the M, she stayed in touch with me to make sure my dream was realized two years later. It is this type of customer service and care from Ms. J. that motivated me to acquire the M37. Ms. J. exemplifies the Infiniti service pillars. Ms J. is an asset to the Infiniti family and my family in the future will come back to buy the JX35 when it's time. Lawrence A

My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from another Infiniti dealership (worst experience ever.) We brought our vehicle to Infiniti of South Atlanta to get some of our extended warranty stuff done. We dealt with Melissa D and she has totally turned our view of Infiniti around. She went above and beyond to help us out and to try to fix what another dealer messed up. We left very happy and would highly recommend this dealership to our friends and family. We have read some of the other reviews on this site and did not have a problem with anyone we worked with at the dealer. Everyone was extremely nice and went out of their way to help us.

It was more like being in a Ford dealership than an Infiniti dealership. Everything was good until we came to the numbers. Several numbers were presented before presenting the interest rate I get from Infiniti, (which was right before I left). An advertised special incentive was not recognized and they pretended to not know anything about it. When I left delaership I went to the mobile site for South Atlanta Infiniti and the special incentive was still there.

I am a very satisfied customer. I just wanted to take a couple of minutes to let everyone know how truly satisfied I am with the service I received at Infiniti of South Atlanta. While I am a single hard-working educator, I was actually very afraid to even entertain the thought of looking for a new vehicle because of past experiences and stigmas associated with car dealers. I had been driving a full-size SUV and hating every minute of it. My children are grown and the need for the "Mommy Taxi" was long gone. I knew I needed and wanted to drive something new and smaller in size but luxurious and comfortable. Well, I searched on the internet and compared and searched as much as I could. I kinda of had an idea of what I wanted. So, finally I gathered enough courage to visit Infiniti of South Atlanta. I was so nervous being single and female, not to mention shopping alone. From the beginning to the end of my experience I was pleased. My sales associate, Antonio Herrara as well as other staff really made me feel at ease. Mr. Antonio was patient, knowlegeable and very professional. He shared several options from finance to vehicle selection. He was able to help me make the best decision for me as I took this big step of faith. Long story short...I love my new car! I am a satisfied and happy customer. Buying a car for me is like going to the dentist for others! However, my experience with Infiniti of South Atlanta was excellent. The sales person Antonio was excellent, professional and courteous to my entire family. I was also very impressed with the finance manager Dave. The dealership was clean and the salespeople were very professional. I would not hestitate to refer my family, friends and colleagues to Infiniti South Atlanta. We are customers for the long hual! Thanks again for making the experience different from ALL of the other dearships!
