Extremely rude and not customer oriented. Horrible Lexus Dealership.

onNever got a reply from the message sent through Edmunds. Called the dealership and got Sales. A gentleman answered who turned out not to be a gentleman. I asked about the Lexus LC 500 advertised. Gave me the runaround then asked my name and number so he could go check on the car. I said I would hold. He then proceeded to tell me he had to check out anyone they sold to to make sure they were local that they wouldn’t sell to anyone not local and that he had to check me out. I told him I would hold while he checked on the car. Extremely rude. Very surprised Lexus has someone like that as a Dealer. I will report to Lexus.

onI had the worst dealership experience of my life at Lexus Nalley Galleria in Smyrna. My salesperson was Tre Johnson, and the manager who ultimately did nothing to make a bad situation right was Craig White. In response to an internet inquiry, I was sent pricing information on two vehicles by Tre Johnson. I selected one of the two vehicles and we spent the next two days negotiating a deal over email. Once we agreed on the terms of the deal, I scheduled a time to come into the dealership and do the required paperwork. ...except that when I finally arrived at the dealership, it became clear that during the course of our negotiations, Tre had switched the vehicle to a lower trim model without telling me. His response? I forgot to tell you. The effect? I was baited and switched. This experience was made all the worse by the fact that I told Tre at the beginning of our negotiations that I was leaving on a cross-country trip that same week and would have to delay my trip in order to purchase a car from him. He assured me that he would give me a deal that I couldn't get anywhere else, and that it would be worth it to delay my trip. Needless to say, it wasn't, and the result of my experience with Lexus Nalley Galleria was countless wasted hours and hundreds of dollars of additional travel expenses that amounted to nothing. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was introduced to Craig White. After explaining the horrible experience that I had just had to him, his response was essentially, "Sorry, he made a mistake." He did nothing to make the situation right. I ended up purchasing a vehicle from another dealership, where I was treated properly. And that is exactly where I would recommend you spend your money, at another dealership. (Mr. Waibel, please save the conciliatory message with your phone number. I have no intention of calling you to subject myself to further mistreatment by your dealership. If you actually have any desire to make anything right, my contact information is easy enough for you to find.)

Outstanding car-buying experience

onIt all started with an email inquiring about on of the CPO vehicles on the lot. I received a prompt response and straightforward contact from then on. Pedro and Raul were remarkably efficient and the car buying process was stress free. Their dealership lives up to the Lexus premium standard. I can picture myself going here for all of my cars from here on out. Maybe an RC-F in my future?

onBally Lexus Atlanta service on my RX 330 was a great experience. The waiting area is excellent with free snacks and lots of TVs and comfortable seating. Nicer than many restraints. Service associates were professional and accurate. Prices were reasonable and repairs were well done.

onMy rep was fantastic however there were issues when servicing my vehicle. They advised it would tKe 4-5 days to get the part and it was under warranty therefore I would not have to pay for it. The part was expedited which was great and I got my car back earlier than anticipated however on two occasions, the pricing was not correct when I was settling up. That was surprising and I wondered if it was done so I would not catch it. Again, Tyler was great to work with but others seemed disconnected

onI had the best experience with Megan Russell in the internet sales team getting my 2015 IS 250. She brought it in for free from out of state and made everything effortless and was a pleasure to deal with! Nally Lexus does it again! This is my 2nd time using them in 2 years and definitely recommend. No other Lexus dealer compares in Atlanta.

onI just purchased a new 2015 IS 350C from Nalley Lexus Galleria, in Smyrna, GA. My sales consultant was Bob Warner. Bob was an excellent person to do business with. He was honest, no pressure, and willing to go the extra mile to make you buying experience excellent. I would recommend him to anyone who has had a bad car buying experience in the past.

onWe had basically decided on buying a RX350 and were thinking of a low-mileage used unit. After driving a couple of them, Randy Autrey asked if we had looked at new units, which we had not. He showed us a new RX in a color which we had not seen, and we fell in love with it. I have worked in other dealerships and have sold cars myself. My experience in sales and knowing how many dealerships treat customers was certainly blown away by Nalley's treatment and respect shown toward us. The deal was made with minimal negotiation and at a price less than what we were prepared to spend. The dealership facility is spotlessly clean and the creature comforts are excellent. I watched the interactions of Nalley's employees with other customers and was pleased to see that other folks were being treated nicely, also.

Vehicle Accurately Represented Online

Randy was a good listener and a fair negotiator.
