Make sure they don't pack your payment

Bought a car for my daughter and didn't realize until after I left that a optional warranty for $1773 was added without any disclosure ! I called next day and still have nothing resolved ! I can't recommend this dealership , they do not care !

Vaden of Nissan in Savannah fought tooth and nail to get us approved for a safer, newer car that had what we wanted. They gave us well over trade in value for our old vehicle and had the process approved BEFORE we went in. We drove from Fort Stewart to Savannah because of their dedication and commitment to my family. I want to personally thank AJ NAPPER for his OUTSTANDING attention to my family. He made this process smooth and easy for us. I feel like I could see him in a year and he would remember my name. He went above and beyond. I want to also thank the finance department for fighting so aggressively on our behalf before even meeting us. Every single person in this dealership was friendly, attentive, and genuinely filled with care! You will NEVER know how much this means to my family. You have a customer for life!!! Thank you so much! I love my new Rogue!!!! Edit to add- they gave us two free years of oil changes on top of the original one for free. That's how much they care about their customers.

Outstanding customer service

My daughter had wreck her car and I had been going through several medical surgeries. We needed to get her a new car right away without all of the struggle and hassles. DT took great care of us. He found us a great car for our daughter at the price we needed it to be. He also had everything ready when we came out o mak the final purchase. We were in and out the in about an hour. The staff was all so nice and considerate. I highly recommend Vad n Nissan and DT. He actually cares about his customers and does his best to suit to the customers needs. He will bend over backwards if need be. Thank you for ou DT.

Vaden Nissan has been a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. I was warmly greeted by a very charming sales person, the management treated me very well, I was offered refreshments and the whole thing only took about 2 hours. I highly recommend you stop by this dealership while you are shopping for a new car. Also, their service department is wonderful and calls to remind me that my service checks are coming up.

Go see Marc Beaulieu...

I was in the market for a brand new Xterra and i put in a request through the Internet regarding my interest, i was surprised how quickly and professionally i was contacted by Marc Beaulieu who is the Internet Sales Manager for Vaden in Savannah. I was hesitant to do business with this company after reading some of these previous reviews but i really found it hard to believe the gentleman (Marc) i spoke to over the phone could be a shiester. I'm glad i gave Marc the opportunity to earn my business as he went above and beyond anything i could ever expect of a salesman. He treated me and my fiance with courtesy and honesty and was extremely respectful of our wants and needs as well as our time. Needless to say we purchased our Xterra from Marc and it was by far the best purchasing decision we've ever made. He took the time to make sure we understood every aspect of the purchase and took even more time to make sure we understood every feature of our new vehicle before we drove off..my fiance will be making her purchase within the next couple months and i don't plan on talking to anybody but Marc when that time comes. I'm hoping my review will help you folks understand that just because a couple people have had bad experiences at this dealership doesnt mean you will, sometimes we as customers can make things alot more difficult than things really should be and we blame others. I stand behind Marc and if your looking for a friendly low pressure sales professional who is gonna be upfront and honest throughout the whole car-buying process look no further than him. -Marty

Watch Out for Sales Manager

My ten-year old Nissan Maxima, a wonderful car, broke down while on way home from Florida to New Jersey. At importuning of relative to buy a new car for long drives, bought 2010 Maxima from Vaden Nissan in Savannah, GA. Trouble began immediately with delivery of car other than new one I signed an April 19 contract for. Car delivered had mileage of more than 900 miles. Either in Georgia or New Jersey, this is called "bait and switch." Sales manager passed switch off as just a little matter of normal trades between dealers. Little did I know my troubles were just beginning. A month after purchase, I still hadn't received my New Jersey registration, which Vaden said it had done on cars sold every other month for use in the state. Vaden registration clerk had been on a honeymoon, and instead sent me the documents to register the the car myself. Thank God for the honeymoon. The Certificate of Origin stated the car's emission controls prohibited registration in 11 states, New Jersey being one of them. A New Jersey motor vehicles clerk was in the process of registering the car until I pointed out the certificate's wording. New cars are not subject to NJ inspection for the initial four years and a NJ owner of a Vaden-registered car would not know he or she had been sold an "illegal" car until it failed inspection. Given my experience with the Vaden sales manager on the bait-and-switch issue, I tried Nissan corporate consumer affairs. Bait and switch became "dodge-and-weave." I was told Nissan corporate only stood behind the manufactured quality of the vehicle and selling a car for use in a state where it could not be registered because of inadequate emission controls was strictly a matter between the purchaser and the Nissan dealership. In short, you're on your own. Lawyer friend got me name of a good lawyer in Savannah. Emailed Vaden General Manager John Butt June 9, 2010 saying Vaden had sold me a car knowing it was to be used in New Jersey and knowing it could not be registered there, prima facie fraud. Unless justice was done, there would be a lawsuit. Mr. Butt responded with an email offering either a refund or a new car, but insisted we had to talk to "resolve" the particulars. In a June 15 phone conversation, Mr. Butt said he would email me the next day the name of the New Jersey dealer where he had located a car with NJ emissions that would be available after July 2nd. He also said the dealer plate that allowed me to legally drive the fraudulent car would be extended beyond its June 29 expiration. Never received the email nor the dealer-plate extension; spent more than a week without dealer-plate authority to drive fraudulent car. It turned out sales manager was back in picture. He blamed emissions control "mixup" on accounting department. With dealer-plate extension and proof that replacement car did indeed meet NJ emission control standards, I then drove 85 miles to pick up replacement vehicle in south end of New Jersey, ending what has to be one of more unusual new-car purchases on record. Beware of the sales manager. He's from New Jersey.

AVOID this place like the plague.

To this day I am still stunned at the level of incompetency. I went on a saturday...Went well test drove and did some numbers...From I was told my credit was checked and they gave me a few figures..I said I would come back on monday On monday I got tied up so I called the salesman and told him that I would come by tuesday. Tuesday evening I come fill all the paperwork including this bail agreement which the credit manager told me was just saying that vaden nissan wasn't the primary lender..so I assigned it not fully reading it. Three days later I get a call from the salesman that went to my voicemail just to come by after work..After calling twice I finally got him back and he told me that I wasn't approved by the lender. Now I am sitting here thinking what happen b/c I thought I had been approved. Then this is where it got bad. I went there friday. I go talk to the manager b/c the salesman was with a customer. There were two managers there. The first manager was a [violative content deleted]. All he said was "Do you have a co-signer?" No apology no other plan just. Then the main salemanager jumped in. I asked him what happen. A big argument insued and he was like the reason why they didn't know about the credit b/c the banks weren't open on tuesday evening..however I had came in on that saturday so they had monday and tuesday to check my credit. So after a big argument my dad stepped in and said to come back tomorrow as he would check the credit...then I came back on satruday and he asked us to wait till tuesday Now on Tuesday I started calling at 10 a.m..I could not contact the manager nor the saleman at all.except once when I got manager on cell phone and he said he call me back and never did. So I went back at 6 p.m they said the deal could not get done. So we turned in the car and my mom was upset and she also went off on him..Then he kept badgering my mom to co-sign instead of asking if I wanted that as I was the customer. Then he kept going back to tuesday nite saying the banks were closed..so I asked him what about saturday. So he named his credit mgr and other mgr and said on saturday they just went on a judement call instead of actually making sure my credit was qualifed instead of just saying it may take a few days or never even said the credit was approved. They just told me on the day I sign the papers congratulations. The thing was too on saturday they wanted me to sign it then so they were overzealous to sell but don't want to do the simple stuff. Then his last comments was the reason why we were mad was b/c it was a pride thing so he didn't realize how bad he screwed up. I felt his plan was to have me fall in the love with the car and then try to convince my parents to co-sign. I don't have a probelm with being told my credit isn't strong enough however don't lie to me and waste a week of my time...That mgr needs to be fired immediately b/c he is running a mickey mouse operation.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

Avoid this dealership unless you want to get grilled, beaten down, and exhausted as they turn you over endlessly to make a sale at a higher price than agreed with the initial salesperson. These guys advertise and entice you into their dealership with low prices, then find as many ways as possible to change the deal. In my case, I had taken my car there on a Thursday night. Had it appraised and checked (it was in like new condition). Negotiated with the salesperson for a couple days about the trade-in price and sales price of the new car. When we came to a mutually agreeable number, I asked him 3 times if that was the deal and I did not want to waste my time driving 50 minutes if it were to change. He then put me on hold for a few minutes while he checked with his manager. He then came back on the line and said it was a done deal and to come sign the papers. Lo and behold, when I get to the dealership, they keep me waiting for at least an hour then start making excuses how they can't get me the trade-in amount for my car... blah blah blah. (I was 3K under blue book trade-in and had already accepted that!) When I called the managers bluff and confronted him, he became agitated and yelled at me and kicked me out of his dealership. Nice treatment. These guys are the worst of the worst in car dealers. Please stay away!
