The car I bought was shaking before I bought it. Dale Critz promise me he 8do whatever to fix it if I bought it. I was supposed to get 4 new tires on a new car. They told me they put 4 new ones on. Then I saw the service manager lied and didn't put but 2 new on. They aligned the front end twice. Balanced the tires 4 times. Had rocks in the tires when I first saw it. Zackory salesman told me he balanced the tires with rocks in them. The car still shakes. Another dealer micrometer the rims and found 1 rim bad. Two tires road forced bad. Critz gave me two tires and told me not to come back he would not work on my car anymore. I paid another dealer to put a new rim and tires on. The car is nice. But my experience with Critz Buick in Savannah Georgia was a nightmare. Run. They don't care about promises they make and Will leave you fixing your own car. I recommend buying a car at Nesmith in jesup. Nesmith is honest and good. Fair prices. They fixed my new car for me when Critz abandoned me. Sad. So sad. Run

Overall one of the best and most seamless car buying experiences I’ve ever had. This makes my 3rd brand new vehicle I’ve purchased from a dealership and Critz holds the number one slot for being the best! Big shout out to Bob Raynor for helping me out throughout the process!! Purchased 2007 Buick Lacrosse and have been please so far with its' performance for nine years. Whenever I take it in for service, service personnel is always helpful and always inform me of what service(s) are needed as well as address any concerns I have in a way that I can understand.

I've only had my 2015 LaCrosse for 14 months, and am still on the free maintenance. Love that!! But it really hasn't had any real issues, just routine stuff. Really enjoying my car!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & ATITUDES

Took Mercedes there when the light came on saying tire pressure is low. waited 2 hours at the dealership for them to tell me tire just needs air in tire( pure Lies). Left to go back to Atlanta, when the light came on again. Took car to Atlanta Mercedes and was told there was a nail in tire, and I am lucky to have made it back safely. Service technicians never put car on the lift to see nail in the tire.... Called Critz to complain, and got the avoidance and run around. Finally spoke with Chuck, who was very condescending and said well the car is fixed now. They did not realise that they put my life in Jeopardy because the techinicians did not do a thorough check of the vechicle tires. I am very disappointed with this dealership and I will never take my car back here again. Also, I suggest out of towners dont take your car here, because this dealership is not of the Mercedes Benz standards that one would expect.
