2020 Gladiator

Purchased a 2020 Gladiator from Jeff Smith Jeep. It was absolutely the best car buying experience that I have ever encountered. The truck was at a great price on the web site. I spoke with Patrick over the phone to make sure that the truck that I had selected was still on the lot. Patrick was very helpful. My husband and I went to the dealership and met Michael Monihan our sales representative. We were shown two Gladiators appointed like the ones advertised. I really can’t praise Michael enough. He took the time to go over everything with us to make sure that we were getting exactly what we wanted. We decided to add running boards to the truck and left it to pick up the following afternoon. On arrival, the truck was ready and waiting. Michael took a lot of time to go over all of the truck’s features, and if we asked a question that he was not sure of, then he found someone that could help. We are loyal Jeep buyers and would definitely do business with Jeff Smith again thanks to Micheal. I have already told family and friends about the great experiences that we had and will continue to recommend Michael and Jeff Smith.

I don't think that anyone walked past me without smiling at me and saying hello. I think I met the entire staff! Everyone was SO FRIENDLY! I didn't feel the usual stress that I've experienced at other dealerships. This was truly a completely different experience!

The kindness of the sales and finance staff was wonderful. My salesman Jason was awesome to work with. I got great money for my trade and he worked hard to get me in the truck I wanted for the payments I needed. Then he went above and beyond to have the hitch installed in the short time that we were in town to ensure we were back on the road when we needed to be.
