I had gone to look at a vehicle and had been in contact with the salesman for a week. I told him that I wanted to purchase and I would come in to sign for it. He called me the morning I was going in and said it was still available and that I could come in and sign. As soon as I got in they had someone else there looking at it and sold it right out out from under me. I live just over an hour away and apparently they have a "policy" against even holding a vehicle for just a short period of time for someone who had already made a deal and was on their way to sign. A complete and utter waste of time and effort and all I got was a "sorry."

Amazing Customer Service

I had been looking at automobiles for sometime. I always came back to Atlanta Luxury Motor in Newnan and Bradley. He is very professional salesman. He is not a fast talking, not deceptive, and not super aggressive which I find a wonderful quality in a salesman. He listened to my needs and then helped me narrow the search. I had NO intention on buying today however I did and could not be happier. I can say that I would recommend this dealership to everyone. Look up Bradley as he will take very good care of you and with NO pressure.

If you are looking to purchase a vehicle with no haggle, no stress, go see Bradley. He will hook you up. I was looking for a certain vehicle in September of 2018 and Bradley was all set to find it for me but I decided to put it on hold for awhile. I decided in February that I was ready to look again and contacted Bradley. I told him what I was looking for and he had several ready for me to view in person. After 2 test drives I decided on a vehicle and drove out of ALM a very happy customer. If you want a great car buying experience ask for Bradley. He will keep you laughing the whole time.

Best Vehicle Purchase Experience Ever!

After several weeks of frustration, in attempting to find and purchase a car, my daughter and I visited the ALM – Newnan, GA dealership. We were immediately greeted and assisted by Sales Associate, Gary Sumpter. Mr. Sumpter quickly brought the car for a test drive that we inquired about from our on-line search, and opened all the doors, trunk and hood for inspection. He explained all the features of the car and off we went for our test drive. The vehicle price and the other fees were clearly outlined and explained which resulted in a haggle-free and smooth transaction. My daughter and I agree, this was the best car purchase experience ever! Every staff member that we encountered were customer friendly and attentive. Thanks Mr. Sumpter and I highly recommend ALM-Newnan for a great car purchase experience.

Did not disclose information up front. Gave me a broken key fob for car and said they couldn’t help me even contacting them same day. Had my out of state address instead of my Georgia address so I couldn’t go register my vehicle. And after a week of trying they still couldn’t have it changed. Told me to wait 30 days until my tags get sent to me even though I told them I was going to order special plates just needed them to update address in dmv system. All in all horrible experience working with them after I purchased a vehicle from them no help at all just bounced around with excuses no attempt to help. Would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone just because of the poor customer service after the fact like they only help people until they purchase then aren’t worth the effort after.

I went to this place September 11 2018 because I am heading to Fort Carson CO in December. this people lied to me saying that Capital One did not honor my loan. got me a different loan with Wells Fargo, they told me my credit can only be good for a 7.83 interest rate. Send me home with the vehicle I thought was AWD. when I call they told me to comeback and they will fixed the problem. they did got me a very bad vehicle, nasty and with broken parts, try to take the car to a different dealer and the got me a nice deal with a 5.75 Interest Rate but because I was upside-down by 12000 in two days since I bought this lemon I am stuck with it. bottom line stay away from them their more lies but will take me forever to list , car detail suck. Don't buy vehicles from this stinky people [non-permissible content removed]

We were looking at a specific vehicle and received multiple emails and text messages that the vehicle was there for us to look at. We drove TWO HOURS 1 way through Atlanta traffic for the same person to say it sold 2 days ago - still listed as available online and no email or call to say it was sold. Internet issues was the flimsy excuse. Very displeased.

Exceptional Experience!

I purchased a car recently at ALM Newnan and I got super lucky with a class act salesman named Gary. He was great, start to finish! I was a little apprehensive about the purchase since it was just me and my daughter, but Gary put me at ease instantly. He was courteous and knowledgeable from the get go. We had a few kinks so we pretty much spent the day there and Gary made sure we were happy and comfortable through it all. I'm grateful that he made my daughters first car buying experience a great one. Not only is he great at his job but he also, funny, kind and a pleasure to be around. I will definitely recommend him to all my friends!

The Newnan Dealership is the worst ever. I purchase a car 7 Days ago. One salesman (Mr Gary) was professional and we closed the deal. Thereafter another saleman, the manager and finance director. Still harassing me about paperwork. Granted I purchased this car while in Sadia Arabia and my wife has to do all the physical work. I thought it was a great gift for her but with this place made it a nightmare.
