Excellent Experience Before & After

I wanted to take a moment to thank Eric Taylor, Miguel Rosario and Randy Pullen for my great experience at Jim Ellis Audi Marietta with the purchase of my CPO 2014 Audi A4 on 8/28/2017. My wife and I had spent the previous week test driving many makes and models such as Acura, Audi, BMW 3 & 5 series, Buick, Cadillac and Mercedes Benz before determining the best of the bunch was the Audi. I did some research with TrueCar, CarGurus, Edmunds, KBB, NADA and found what I was looking for at Jim Ellis. Eric Taylor was my brand specialist and was great to work with. He had the car completely detailed in preparation for my test drive on Monday after work. My technologist was Cody, I did not catch last name and hope I spelled his name correctly, who I found very knowledgeable about the Audi and also rode along with me on the test drive to explain many details regarding all the controls and vehicle in general. I was hooked after the test drive so proceeded to F&I with Miguel Rosario. I must say Miguel is one of the most patient finance guys I have ever worked with at a dealership and truly appreciate his professionalism. I am now part of the Audi Family and would definitely recommend the team at Jim Ellis Audi Marietta to anyone in the market for a new or used Audi. I also want to thank Randy Pullen for his patience working with me to resolve some contractual issues found a few days later. I truly appreciate it!

Ed Jenkins is the reason I am an Audi owner today. When I was deciding on which Brand of car to purchase my husband and I stopped at Audi Marietta. We looked around the lot then went inside to get information. We waited for about 20 minutes, no acknowledgement, no hello, nothing. I told my husband well I guess theyre just too busy for new customers, so we preceded to exit the showroom. Out in the lot there was a gentleman removing a license plate from a vehicle and he stopped and asked if we had been helped or needed help and from that point he became my salesperson. Ed answered every question, he made good on his promises and I on mine. It was actually a pleasure to work with him. Thank you Ed. Also thank you Tony Jackson, Finance Dir., Erikka Tiffani, New Car Manager and Fischer Olliff, Audi Tech.

Top notch service and sales

Thank you, Jim Ellis, for the 2 perfect vehicles we purchased today! I never thought I would have as good of a service and sales interaction as I had from a high-end dealership from another state, but I was so wrong! I brought my husband's vehicle in for service, and came out with an exceptional deal on a new car for each of us! Mark Dobinson, the service manager, is an A+, ethical, and all around nice guy! Hobbie, the sales manager, personally worked with us to identify the perfect cars for our upgrades! They even have a preferred purchase program to maintain customers. Randy, the GM, came by to greet us and facilitate the transaction. Sasha handled all the sales end smoothly, and Tony flew through our paperwork perfectly, helping me understand exactly what I was signing. Even Artee, who helps in the loaner department, came to check and see which vehicles we settled on with a warm smile! Thank you to everyone at Jim Ellis for helping us...and being kind and warm to our son during the process! We already knew the cars are outstanding, but it's the people who make this dealership a pleasure. You have gained 2 customers for life... until our kid makes 3!

Could Not Have Been Better!

We purchased a used trade-in Mercedes Benz from this dealer. I saw the vehicle on the Internet, went to test drive it, and advised the sales person, Nathan Butler, that I would return to pick it up and take it to my service specialist to get a pre-purchase inspection. Unfortunately, someone else committed to purchasing the vehicle before I could return. Fortunately for me, their sale fell through. Nathan Butler contacted me immediately to advise me that the car was still available. My husband immediately traveled to purchase the vehicle, unbeknownst to me. When I went to pick up the vehicle the next day, my husband had decided that because of our previous history with JEA re another vehicle we purchased years ago, because of the integrity of this company, because of the professionalism of Mr. Butler, and the staff, and because we know JEA stands by its product, the pre-purchase inspection was not necessary. We purchased right away. Our paperwork had already been prepared prior to pickup, it was a smooth and flawless transaction that took no more than a few minutes and we were done. We spent more time talking to one another than we did on the transaction. Mr Butler, and a porter filled the tank on my new/used vehicle, generously followed me home to deliver it, and were as gracious and professional at the end of the transaction as they were at the beginning. JEA does not meet the standard for excellence - it EXCEEDS it. Many thanks to Nathan Butler, Mr. Amos, and Tony in finance for making this a smooth transition. I could not have asked fora better experience.

I walked in to Jim Ellis wanting to review color options and I drove out in a new 2012 Audi A6. I have bought a lot of cars over the years and this was the best buying experience I've ever had. My sales person was smart, confident, knowledgable, not pushy, easy to work with ... a real professional. If you go ... ask for Rose. On top of the buying experience - the 2012 A6 is a remarkable automobile - Wow is all I can say!
