This is the third car I have bought from Butler Macon. The paperwork is getting a little painful and even invasive. Best price I could find at least in South georgia. Way too many dealers enjoy gotchas. Butler put it out there, so here it is. Had three people working with me, Casey, Mark, finance guy.

Sales Mark Patrick did excellent job, managers would not honor a KBB offer to buy. Ended up selling to CarMax for more than KBB offer anyway.

Exceptional Service

My experience with this dealer from my enquiry to the purchase was exceptional. I was a little nervous traveling nearly 100 miles to buy a car, especially doing a trade-in with negative equity, but Angelica Angel got all the paperwork and approvals squared away before hand, and made my whole buying and trading in experience very smooth and rewarding. She went above and beyond to secure my dream car and come up with a deal that was within my budget. I am so over the moon with my new car, it is in immaculate condition and I got a great deal on it. I would highly recommend this dealer who puts the customer first, as opposed to just meeting their sales quota's. 5 stars on service quality and financing.

Absolute Heaven

Scott Hair, Allie Purdy and David Mullis were the angels that guided me gently through my first car buying experience in 20 years. A complete opposite of what I got "down the road". I would recommend them, and only them, to anyone one looking to buy a car, truck or SUV. No doubt they were sent by Jesus.

2020 Tundra purchase

Purchased a new Tundra at Butler with the help of salesman Mike Sheridan. Buying a vehicle is one of my least favorite things to do but Mike made the process very easy. He was patient during my visits to the dealership while I inspected and test drove several Tundras. During the days I was undecided what model I wanted and where I would eventually buy, he did not pester me with calls and texts but allowed me to work through the information he had provided me during my visits. I appreciated being able to make up my mind without the pressure sometimes used by a salesperson.

I had an awesome experience purchasing a 4Runner at Butler, if you're looking for a salesman that doesn't push you around ask for Hunter Thompson. Hunter was professional, courteous, extremely helpful and patient, and probably the least pushy car salesman I have ever encountered. Props! Nightmare turned to a Miracle!

Nightmare turned into a miracle!! My experience was more than smooth. Until the day after signing my contract. Butler Toyota turned my nightmare around and let me tell you how. So I went in just to see if i could afford a truck large enough to pull my 27 ft Travel Trailer. My number one need if I could trade my 3500 pickup and my Kia sportage at a payment I could afford. The sales team worked hard and found me a truck at a payment I liked. The next day my brother n law was checking out my awesome truck. When he opened the hood and saw that it was 4.6L, he said this truck won't pull your camper. I said yes it will, they said it would. He said, google it so I did. As it turned out that wasn't the right size and I needed a 5.7L. My chest got tight and I started having a panic attack. I contacted the salesman crying, I said I can't keep the truck. I knew I had signed a contract and was praying at the least they would just let me have my vehicles back and let me out of the contract. I was in a nightmare. I thought I had made a HUGE investment for something that would not serve the purpose I had intended. Needless to say I thought I was in for a fight and I just felt sick. The salesman Curtis and sales manager Jason made my dream come true at the exact same price. They found me a 19 Tundra with 5.7L engine and simply swapped out the vin. Never in my life have I or anyone I've ever known left a dealership and felt like they had come out on top. I did and will forever be grateful for Butler Toyota of Macon.

I recently purchased a 2019 Highlander from Butler Toyota in Macon and the experience couldn't have been better. Every person from the dealership was very knowledgeable about their products and services and helpful completing the purchase. From Sales to Finance to Service - the staff was top notch! I have never experienced such a worry-free and hassle-free car buying experience in my life. I am very busy and the Butler Toyota team even delivered the vehicle to me at my house to simplify delivery and accommodate my hectic schedule. I wanted to buy a car from them, but...

After 2 different sales people (including their internet sales manager) have dropped the ball with me, I guess they don't want to sell me a car. The first day I made contact, they were all over me, but I wasn't sure that I wanted to buy a car from them, since the salesperson told me they don't allow outside pre-sale inspection of their cars, and also that they don't guarantee anything about the cars...sounded shady. The next day I got an email asking if I had any other questions and when would I like to come to the dealership. When I replied with my unanswered questions, the internet sales manager then got involved, and corrected several untrue things I had been told, including that they DO allow pre-sale inspections, and they DO have a guarantee. I asked him to send me the details of the guarantee, because I didn't see anything about it on their website, and I also asked if I could get a copy of the report from their 160ish point inspection their own mechanic supposedly performs before they put a used car out on their lot. Haven't had a reply in 4 days. If that simple request scared them off, then I don't want to do business with them anyway. They only sell to people who don't question them, I guess.

My daughter starts collage this month and we were looking for a dependable car for her commute to school and work. Our budget is crazy tight and I really thought walking in that we would leave empty handed.Craig Ragin went above and beyond to get us into a new car within out bugget and my daughter couldn't be more happy. I can say enough about how thankful I am for all his hard work this weekend. Its a wonderful feeling knowing you child is safe in her travels and not having to worry about keeping a 19 year old car going. Thank you Craig for listening and going the extra mile.
