Worst buying experience ever on $50k Sedona!!!

onI gave John Nolove the info: 2017 loaded Sedona I wanted and asked he get the vehicle ready for test drive and sale. No2017 for me to test drive. Only 2016. Said No to zero finance, no to $1k rebate no to hitch and cross bars. Low ball on 2015 Kia trade. He had no vehicle ready and I spent 8+ hours on the transaction. I verified via Kia that they cheated me and Farrook, the GM got ugly. So did i. Farooq [non-permissible content removed] actually chased me outside and was 4 inches from my ear as I frantically wheeled my chair outside. They refuse my calls and hang up. Go to Bulldog Kia in Athens or anywhere but here! I am pursuing an exec customers svc compliant. Worst experience ever on a $50k purchase. Run don't walk away from this devil house! This dbl amputee can not walk but rolls pretty fast! Love the Loa, hate the devil dealer, all dressed in black, no name tag. Looks like he works for Puma not Kia. [non-permissible content removed]

onI liked the idea of being able to purchase a new car even though my credit wasn't so great. I was told if I made my payments on time it would build my credit and I could bring it back in 8 month and i could trade it for another car with better payment rate. That's very encouraging.

onCarlton Foreman, Salesperson, delivered the best customer service that I have ever experienced when purchasing a vehicle. Carlton was very professional and sensitive to my requests. The dealership Financial Staff and the dealership Manager were also professional and created a relaxed environment which is important to customers when negotiating a huge financial investment.

onI went to Nally KIA to get an oil change on my 2013 KIA Optima February 16th of this year. While waiting for the service to be completed, I met sales man Maurice Mills. Mr Mills was pleasant and engaging to all the customers, who like myself, we're there for service. It wasn't long before Mr Mills showed me he could put me into a new 2015 , fully loaded, KIA Optima and give me a deal I could live with. So I came in for an oil change and drove out in a new car. Thank you Mr Mills. I have been happy with the purchase and the courteous after purchase care Mr Mills has shown. I know that if I have any questions or concerns I can call on Mr Mills or Ms Sherri Williams who is so very patient and friendly. Thank you, the entire Nally KIA staff for having a top notch dealership.

onThis dealership is by far the superior Kia dealer in the state of Georgia. The very friendly and funny staff give you a sense of welcoming into their clean showroom, and not the feeling of a greasy car dealership. I am a first time car buyer and I have a feeling I will be returning to Nally Kia for all my automotive needs.

Nalley Kia sold me a lemon

onBought a used 2006 Nissan Xterra from them. The sales rep, John, tells me the car is perfect mechanical condition and never been smoked in. Both lies. Needed new transmission and radiator. The general manager said he would get all the repairs handled. Now when trying to get the repairs scheduled, I cannot get in touch with the manager and was told by a sales rep that he heard him saying he wasn't putting a transmission into the car because it would ruin his profit. What happened to good customer service?! Totally non-existant at this dealership. Shame on them.

Professionalism and Services Above Reproach

onI wasn't in the market for a car for a few months but they had a deal I could not pass up on a 2014 Optima SXL! I worked with Marniqua, a young associate though only there a few months was exceptional! Still working through somethings she made the experience easy. Chris and Justin were also great and Lonnie the finance manager was spectacular. I came with my own financing and they worked to beat it! I highly recommend this dealership and the sales and finance team!

I found the level of professionalism, expertise, efficiency and caring to be truly exceptional. The customer service was excellent, from the sales manager to the finance manager and most notably, the salesman Juwan who walked me through this process and got me in the vehicle of my dreams. Somewhat Painless Purchase

onFirst off, I'd like to say that everyone was extremely helpful and pleasant at Nalley Kia. The one negative thing I'd point out is that the salesmen tried to get me to purchase a car with over 2000 miles on it. Not my idea of a new car. I was there a bit longer than I'd anticipated as I'd already filled out the application and gotten approved, so I thought I wouldn't spend too much time at the dealership when I came in.

SCAM

onI recently purchased a new KIA at Nalley KIA. Upon coming to an agreed upon price, they agreed to include over $400 worth of upgrades which they never delivered upon. Farouk F. the General Manager claimed there was an expiration date on one of the 50 sheets I signed that day, and there was nothing he could do for me. He went on to argue that I should have read the material, and proceeded to Hang Up On Me! When I called back immediately, they told me he had left the office. Find a KIA with a GM that will honor the deal!!
