Horrible Experience

I went to the service department and it was a horrible experience. I want my money back! I went 3 times and they didn’t resolve the matter after 3 tries so I pulled my vehicle, took it to another auto repair shop, and it was fixed immediately. Terry Cullen Southlake just kept coming up with more work that they claimed that needed to be done, when they couldn’t resolve the problem, which was not needed!!!

2019 Malibu from Terry Cullen hands down worst car ever.

The car I purchased for my wife has been a documented PROBLEM since I purchased it. In the process of fixing a manufacturer defect, after having my car 7 months Terry Cullen dealership broke my glove box . Then rigged it up so that it was extremely loose but would close . After my oil change on 1/19/2023 . The glove box is completely broken. I’ve mentioned it when I’ve brought it to the shop but it has never been serviced. They don’t ever have time to get to it . They do however have plenty of time to up sale me ….. go figure. That’s my entire Terry Cullen Chevrolet experience in a nut shell . This is the first and last Chevy I will ever own .

Review & Concern

The experience this vehicle purchaser had with the Terry Cullen dealership was fair at best. Number one, during the discussions relevant to my purchase, I asked the salesperson several times, "what is the interest rate and what is the name of the finance company? Each time the response was, "I don't know." After the verbal agreement had been reached, I again inquired as to the interest rate and again I was informed, "I don't know." In my opinion, this was very unprofessional and nefarious. At the point where the signature documents were necessary, I still was not informed of the interest rate nor the finance company. When the purchase had been made and prior to my departure from the dealership, the salesperson failed to provide an orientation regarding vehicle. In fact, the salesperson never said thank you; he just went on to the next customer. Be be very candid, I will never conduct business again at Terry Cullens Chevrolet Dealership.

My experience at Terry Cullen Chevrolet was a great one. Ifeanyi Duru Was very helpful in answer all my questions and going back in forth with with different vehicles till we found the perfect one for me. I will definitely be buying another vehicle from Terry Cullen Chevrolet.

100.000 mile service took the entire day. Very slow service. Took the car here because it was purchased here. Needs to improve in the service dept.

Terrible Service Dept.

I requested the replacement of the driver side visor the day I purchased the can in Feb. After approximately 5 weeks, with no feedback, I called to see if the visor came in. I was told it had arrived. I made an appointment to replace the visor, after sitting at the dealership for 2 hrs. on a holiday weekend Saturday, I was informed that the parts department had returned the visor to the warehouse. The driver door ambient light was not working after the service department replaced the driver side mirror. I was told for whatever reason that it "can't" be repaired on a Saturday. I was not notified when the 2nd visor arrived, after a month I called and they told me it had been received. The visor was finally replaced, but the door light was not repaired, so I had to return again that evening to drop the car off “again”. In addition the plastic cover that covers the wire harness from the rear view mirror to the header was broken and the A pillar and header trim now has a gap between the pieces on the passenger side. Also there was a screw on the driver floor board, and a broken plastic fastener on the rear floor board. At this visit the door panel was damaged, they stated it was a manufacture defect, but I do not believe that to be true. I was also notified that the replacement panel was on back order. That was a month ago, and no one has followed up with me regarding its replacement. Your car should be better after a visit to the service dept., but mine is progressively worse. This has totaled killed the new car experience and pleasure for me.

No Service Department

Purchased a new car in Feb '15, the sales experience was Great! However Service after the sale has been my worse dealership experience. The door panel was removed to paint a scratched mirror, now the ambient light in that door no longer works, and there was an extra screw left on the floor. The driver side visor was loose at time of purchase, service ordered a replacement. After a month with no response I contacted the Service department, and they stated they thought Sales notified me the replacement visor came in. Service set up an appointment on Memorial Day weekend Saturday to have it installed. I arrived early that morning, and I was told they could only address the visor and not the light and extra screw concerns, I would have to return on a weekday, those repairs aren’t performed on Saturday. I sat patiently in the waiting room before service told me the ordered part had been returned. I was told another part would be ordered. That was a month ago, and I haven't heard back from them since. This is the most unprofessional dealership I've ever dealt with, failure to notify customers of the arrival of parts, things not working that were working before the 1st service appointment, and getting up early on a holiday weekend and sitting in a dealership for 3 hrs, before being told the ordered part was returned to the parts distribution warehouse.

I had problem with my car an no-one could fix but he guys at Terry Cullen worked over night to find and fix the problem great job guys. I want to give a shout out to Scott in Morrow Ga Terry Cullen. He stayed on top of everything for me and updated on the status of my vehicle everyday he even had one of his guys test drive the car for a day or two to make sure it was A1 thanks Scott
