I found myself a reluctant car shopper through a series events that necessitated my passing down my beloved 2005 Camry to my daughter. I had several terrible experiences with some dishonest dealers that expected this blonde single female to be easily taken advantage. My experience with Scott D Williams (aka Duck) was what car buying should be. The whole team at Shottenkirk (shout out to Moriah and Griffin!) that I encountered was delightful! Duck listened to me! And then he helped me find the best car for what I wanted and needed within the budget I wanted to work. AND it was actually fun! I highly recommend that anyone looking to have a fair, fun and fiscally responsible car buying experience. Don’t get goosed! Go see Duck!

I was looking at a used vehicle they had, I never asked for them to lower price at all, was willing to pay their price. Then when it came down to writing a check for it they added $4,000 in “Mystery Fees” (not taxes, add on Fees!!). Not a good way of doing business at all!

Went though this website to buy truck at 9am and was in the process of buying a truck which through their lack of communication was sold to a walk in at dealer at 11am. I wasn't told this until 3pm today. NOT HAPPY.

Actually an enjoyable vehicle purchase experience. Chris, was very helpful and knowledgeable and was committed to our complete satisfaction. The team answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was fully satisfied. They listened to all my concerns and gave me a great deal that I could not pass up! I shopped around at other dealers but Shottenkirk had the most jeeps to choose from. I will recommend the dealership to my friends!

I asked the dealership if they could make a sale with my expectations, plus delivering the Jeep I wanted. After giving all my request the Shottenkirk Team they went to work. I really didn't expect them pulling it all together. Not only did they meet my request, they went above and beyond to the point I was shocked. I signed the deal and drove home in my new Jeep. Way to GO!!!!!

Agreed on the price of a new car they were shipping from another dealership only to have the price increase several thousand dollars just before the car arrived at the dealership. Very frustrating and disappointing!
