Tameeka Royster is THE BEST! She came up to the front and greeted me, we sat and talked about what I came in to look at and why, and what my goal was to make it make sense for my budget. Smart, professional, personable and kind, I felt like we had been friends for years. Thank you for being there on a Sunday and assisting me with the purchase of my RAV4! Honest and convincing sales person - Victor

This car showroom is one of the best, must say one in elite. Because, they have of all kinds of sales associates staff who can speak multiple languages and helping the customers in their own languages. The sales person I met was Victor, he welcome us and he tried his best to show all of the options available from used cars to new hybrid cars and finance to lease. Explained very cleverly and helped us choose brand new corolla hybrid. His way of convincing us to buy a brand new car instead going for used cars. He and his colleagues offered us zero payment options with low interest on financing with toyota finance services. They stayed late almost 11 pm they closed all my paper work and they are very clever and understand our concerns personally. I respected their work and appreciate all the staff interacted with me. As of car experience, I am feeling good at the moment. Features are good and car performance is good enough. I will post another couple of reviews after every 1000 miles I drive, that would be really helpful to all the future consumers and toyota lovers.

“Options”

The price tag on the car reflects “options” on the vehicles but this are not optional they want to make them like the cars already come with these “options” and they inflate the cost of the car not to say that this options are over priced. The cars do nott come with all the options as they told us they just added then after the car was purchased.

Honest People, Great Business

Had a hassle free transaction with EJ as we were looking for the best option to sell our Jeep. We processed a quick quote online and was contacted by EJ soon after. We explained how our truck was worth more than they were offering and we were committed to getting what we deserved. EJ and I stayed in contact through text and he had the most transparent replies. He offered for us to come into the store so we could get a proper appraisal and make a decision then. We came in today waited about 20 minutes to get another offer and agreed upon an offer soon after. The entire process was hassle free, stress free, and quick!! I was looking for my next Toyota Highlander Hybrid online, I saw one that I was interested in, clicked to ask for information, and Aaron Martin contacted me right away. He was so nice and easy to get along with! I felt like he just wanted to help me get what I wanted, and he certainly delivered! I got a new 2024 Toyota Highlander Hybrid LE nightshade. I know that I got an amazing deal on the car I wanted. I am so happy and thankful. I have never been to Buford, GA before, but I will definitely come back for my next vehicle. Autonation Toyota Mall of George is about one and half hours away from our home, but it was well worth the drive. Aaron helped me every step of the way and I love my new car!

I have been bringing my vehicle here for routine maintenance since I bought it and the service department has always taken care of me. They do a thorough check of my vehicle and if they find something wrong they let me know and even have repaired minor issues without charging me! I would highly recommend the service department!
