My experience with Jim Hudson Lexus has been great. Both of my last purchases have been with Charles Cook and he always listens to what I want. He never makes me feel pressured to buy and the buying process was always smooth. The employees within the dealership are always friendly and makes sure your needs are met. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a car purchase.

This is only 1 persons opinion. If I was anyone that plans to buy from this dealer. You can tell they all have memorized the same speech to try and get you to pay more then retail or sticker price for the cars. It was even a response on one of these reviews. There is tremendous value of a purchase at our dealership, from building relationships and personalized service, to investment in your local community. The only investment is to the amount of cash you put in there pockets, of course this is just my opinion from dealing with them. The thing that makes me the most upset about how they presented themselves was that if I chose to save thousands of dollars by buying elsewhere that the 5 Star service might not be so great in some way. Wow, could not believe how arrogant that sounded. I flat out told the sales agent I believe in the service department and it will be 5 stars no matter what state I use it in. I am just glad I went home to do my own research on pricing and disappointed with how much over retail that they thought there little speech was worth and how that they tried to make it sound like I might not get as great of service from a department that they have no control over would give me. Shame on them and the sales tactics they use.

Jim Hudson Lexus Augusta is a one of a kind car dealership! Everything they do from start to finish is first class service. Russ and Kyle are two of the most straightforward and honest individuals you'll ever work with. I live over 3 hours away and go out of my way to purchase cars from this dealership. We had a great buying experience at Jim Hudson Lexus in Augusta. Cardell and Joseph were very professional and excellent to work with. We got an awesome deal and they did everything they said they would for us. The closing on the car took only about an hour and they were ready when we arrived. We were coming off a very bad experience trying to purchase the vehicle in Savannah. This is the place to buy a Lexus. I highly recommend the team at Jim Hudson. My wife lover her new RX 350!

I am on my 4th Lexus, although only two of them were purchased at Jim Hudson Lexus, they were all serviced there. The primary reasons why I've always owned a Lexus is because in my opinion, it is the best vehicle out there, but also because of the impeccable service offered at this dealership. That service is exemplified in the management as well as their outstanding service technicians. It's obvious that they really appreciate their current & past clients.

Service is always the best. Friendly and considerate Staff and Service Department. They always deliver what they promise and meet expectations of service on my vehicle.
