I had an unexpected incident while on a weekend trip to Atlanta. Being 6 hrs from home, I called World Toyota to see if they could fit my car with 4 new tires. They were great to work me into their busy schedule and get 4 new tires and an alignment and got me back on the road in just a few hours. I highly recommend this dealership and service department.

Since very first minute I entered the building I was assisted as needed, I didn’t know what exactly to do, I just went for an oil change but thanks to Sebastian I got oriented and very well informed about the services you provide and how quickly you would do it. No one acknowledged me when I pulled in for my appointment. After standing there for 10 minutes I finally asked someone for help. Also no one pulled up my car when the service was completed. Again I had to ask an advisor where my car was located.

2023 Toyota Tundra Problems

I brought my new tundra in only 13k miles because it was driving rough and shaking at ideal. They noticed a coolant hose leak. I attempted to drive home and the problem was actually worse. Mechanic said the engine was overheating because low fluid but no alerts or dashboard warnings came on. Plus now my power steering line seems to have a leak because it’s almost empty and I haven’t driven 20miles since I left the dealership.

The service advisor Rahel Atsemet was wonderful. She was very prompt and go me checked in quickly. She discussed what I needed and was very open and honest about prices and services that would be provided.
