My wife and I just bought 2 cars from Holler After a terrible well documented nightmare with Universal Hyundai, dealing with Holler was a dream From the salesperson Autumn to the Finance people Francis and Toni, I literally am entertained when I drive my Sonata Turbo such is the technology The 12 speaker Bose sound system is like hearing songs for the first time We love our 2 Sonatas! Took my uncle to Holler Hyundai in Winter Park, FL. He bought a 2020 Santa Fe Limited. You just bought there a few months ago. Had an incredible experience with Aubrie again. She really treats you right and makes the experience extremely enjoyable.

I returned to Holler Hyundai to buy my own car after my daughter had such a great experience. David Oliver and Ed in finance were professional, courteous and confident in their guidance to make sure I purchased the car that met my needs and kept it affordable. Everyone I encountered, even if not directly involved in my transaction, was plesant and helpful. Overall though. David Oliver is the one to help you get it done!

Holler Hyundai and Ronnie Herman are #1 in my book!! I just started my second lease and couldn't be happier! Dan was my first salesperson (so wonderful) and when he retired it was my great fortune to get Ronnie as my new/current sales person! Ronnie is great! She guided me through the transition of my first lease into my second seamlessly. Ronnie's knowledge, enthusiasm and genuine concern that I was comfortable in all aspects of the process made the whole experience...dare I say it, ENJOYABLE! Whaaat? Not the word typically used when buying/leasing a car! I think that the dealership is just ok. They miss on the refinements that really professional dealerships consider to be standard. Here is my story so far. In September, while waiting for service on my 2012 Hyundai, i asked a salesman to show me a 2015 with a particular configuration. The computer showed that one was in inventory. In the heat of the day, he had me follow him around the lot and the overflow lot. We never found it and I suggested that he could call me later so I could see it. I told him that my lease was near its end and I would need to trade. He never called. After doing some research, i used Costco auto buying service who took me to Holler. I refused to deal with the guy who did not follow up with me and instead dealt with Shayna. The deal was smooth and I drove out with my new Sonata. Strangely, i never got any telephone follow up from Shayna or anyone else in the Sales organization. This is probably my 15th car purchase. In every other transaction, the sales guy called to follow up for technical questions and asked forreferrals. That just seems like good business practice. Perhaps they determined that calling prospective or actual customers does not produce more revenue. As a side note, i bought the most advanced technology for safety and convenience. In order to get all that, i had to take the built in navigation system. The total cost for all the extra features was about $4500. The safety tech is great and worth the cost. The Navigation system, on the other hand, is junk. The maps are years out of date, get confused easily and do not use obvious routes. i must often consult Google maps to get where I am going. Curiously, Hyundai is totally aware of the problems but has no plans to address them. Since this is such a dissatisfier, you would think that they would be working to solve the problem.

Paul Ortiz was our salesman, very professional, courteous and patient!! Paul was very knowledgeable and made us feel important, met all our needs. He listened to us and was able to deliver what we wanted an needed, 2015 Hyundai Sonata Sport.... He educated us and made sure we knew everything it needed to be known about the car before we left the dealer. Wonderful and pleasant experience. we will be coming back!! Best car buy experience I have ever had! It took me 4 months to get my car thanks to autonation toyota for selling me a frame damaged car! They were very very very very patient witb me and helped me get iut if this sticky situation. My salewoman elizbeth s. Was amazing not mention the fiance guy josh helped me the best he could and made sure this nightmare was over! Thanks holler hyundai for helping me! Your the best!

Went in to buy a new Equus thinking that Hyundai are indeed ready to step up their game. This is the second time we are trying to buy a car there thinking that the previous time was just a single bad experience (previous time we bought same day at a different dealership that respects their clients). We were extremely disappointed to learn that such an amazing car will be hindered by a dealership that is just not honest with very poor client approach. They keep stating that they are honest with a no haggle price. I really liked it coming in and was planning to close on a car quickly. After talking to the sales person, closing on the car we wanted we arrived at the dealership to find out that the car 'was sold two hours ago' and maybe we want a different one. The sales manager explained that it was traded and he did not know. The sales person said that someone else wanted to buy the car but they did not run his credit yet. Obviously one of them was lying.. The owner of this business should either be ashamed of his company or ashamed of his employees but the business reality is that he lost a sale of two cars today. What a waste of time. After our experiences and based on talking with others, I have no doubt that many of their good reviews are submitted by their own people.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Holler Hyundai. Both experiences have been fantastic. This time, my salesman Shawn T was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and patient as I was looking at several different cars. I ended up purchasing a Genesis Coupe. and I am so happy with this car!! Shawn helped explain all of the technology in this car in a way that I could understand. I would definately reccommend Holler Hyundai. Best salesman and Dealership ever!!

Holler Hyundai provided the best car-buying experience that my family has ever had by far. And that's over 25 vehicle purchases by my family members spanning over 40 years within the Central Florida area. My brother and father could not stop raving about the customer service and the amazing experience that my brother received when he purchased his brand new Elantra. A month later, I was in the market for a new vehicle and had to stop by Holler Hyundai to see if the service could be reciprocated. And just as my brother described, I felt the sales associates and staff at HH always had my best wishes in mind and were willing to do whatever it took to ensure I was satisfied with my subsequent purchase. In my experience, most dealerships fall short in trying to achieve this by aggressively pushing their motives on to me, the customer. This was not the case at HH. Of note, I feel I must mention the two sales associates that facilitated this amazing experience, Nikki E and Chris P. These two individuals made an everlasting impression upon my family. To be honest, their interaction and customer service were the sole reason my father and I walked into the showroom to look at a new vehicle that day. To be even more honest, Hyundai was not even my first or second choice for a possible new car. I have been loyal to domestic manufacturers ever since my first vehicle purchase in 2006. And with first speaking to Nikki when we arrived, she empathized with me and could appreciate my desire to stay loyal with a domestic manufacturer. That’s the kind of personal interaction that was continued throughout the remainder of the day. Both her and Chris were eager to answer any and all questions that I had and were far from being over aggressive. Throughout the entire experience I felt they were on my side and were going to do whatever it took to get me the best deal on a vehicle that I truly wanted. And sure enough, that’s exactly what happened with the purchase of a brand new Sonata. The day ended with Chris thoroughly going over every feature of the car for me and ensured I understood everything. I absolutely love my new vehicle and HH has successfully landed a customer and an entire family for life. So thank you to the HH team, specifically Nikki and Chris for such a wonderful experience! Next on the list is to get Momma in a brand new Hyundai! And we know exactly where to go and exactly who to talk to.

I don't know how this dealer ship has good reviews I had a terrible experience! They sold me a car that the a/c smells like mold and knew it but didn't say anything at the time of purchase and I have had nothing but problems also the manager would never return my calls or meet with me and the staff for the most part were arrogant. I will never buy from hyundai period again and after having my car for only a year I am trading it in for a different make I have no choice since they refuse to help me! Don't buy from these people very unperfessional!
