Red Hoagland Hyundai has two stand up guys in Doyle and Justin. Many trips to them an other dealers to assure I received a great deal and I finally made a decision. Doyle and Justin both showed great patience and helped me to achieve my payment goals. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone in the market for a vehicle

I recently traded in my Sonata for a 15' Tucson and I LOVE IT!!!! My salesman, Jorge was very accomodating and extremely nice. This is the second vehicle I've purchased at Red Hoagland and I have to say I wouldn't think of doing business anywhere else! A+++

After being treated horribly at a Lakeland dealer, I almost swore off hyundai. I am glad a trip to Winter Haven came up for me. I met Ezra S. and he did everything he could to get me the car I wanted at a price I could afford. He was pleasant, professional and truthful. What a breath of fresh air. I love my Santa Fe Sport and I will continue to send people to Ezra for their next car purchase.

I recently found myself in the market for a new vehicle,and I shopped around at several dealerships before I ended up at Red Hoagland Hyundai. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, my experience at Red Hoagland was nothing short of wonderful. I was greeted by an extremely friendly young salesman by the name of Nathan T. who listened intently to what I needed in a new vehicle and helped me select a car that fit my needs perfectly. Nathan was extremely knowledgeable about every car he showed me, and he answered every question I had. Nathan made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole car buying process, never once making me feel pressured into purchasing something. Nathan helped me to see why leasing was the best option for me due to the low mileage I put on my vehicles. All of the paperwork process went by very smoothly, and by the time I left in my brand new Elantra, I was an extremely happy camper. Since purchasing my new Elantra I have moved out of state, and every time I have any question about my car I still call Nathan to ask him personally. I know I can probably ask someone at the Hyundai dealership here in Chattanooga, but honestly I wouldn't ever want to deal with anyone other than Nathan. I trust him to be honest with me and treat me with respect. When my lease is up I won't think twice about driving from Chattanooga to Winter Haven to deal with this dealership, and specifically Mr. T., again. I highly recommend anyone in the Winter Haven area that's in the market for a new vehicle to stop in and visit Red Hoagland, and ask for Nathan while you're there.

I saw a commercial on t.v. about Red Hoagland Hyundai about a Genesis. My wife and I took a 48 mile drive to see for ourselves about the pricing. Upon arrival we met Doyle our salesperson. Right away he made us feel welcome , showed us all the features of the vehicle, allowed us to test drive and presented no hassle figures. In many years of purchasing vehicles, my wife has never been at a dealership where she wasn't ready to leave 15 minutes after being there. But she felt very comfortable being there. After 3 visits and taking our time, we ended up spending twice as much money and purchasing an Equus mainy because of creature comfort items necessary. We were introduced to George H. Jr.(co-owner), Larry W. (service manager), and Manny (our future Hyundai mechanic). All in all it was the most pleasurable experience we have had in the many years of purchasing vehicles. We will be telling any friends and neighbors about Red Hoagland Hyundai and Doyle for any of their vehicle needs.

I had a great experience with this dealership. Nathan was awesome as a salesman. He listened to everything I said and helped me find the right vehicle that met my needs. He even suggested features I didn't even consider wanting based on things I said. I spent several months looking at cars at many dealerships and I went back to Red Hoagland Hyundai like 10 times. Nathan was always patient and never pushed me into any decisions. He let me make the choice all in my own time. He also didn't hound me with phone calls like some salesmen do. They searched for the vehicle I wanted. I showed up with literally a folder full of questions one day and Nathan always answered them. And I can't say enough about Hyundai in general. My husband and I own a 2005 Santa Fe with 150,000 miles on it and never a breakdown! So I was confident with purchasing a new Hyundai. Very reliable.

I recently purchased my second pre-owned vehicle from Red Hoagland a 2010 Chevrolet. I called ahead and spoke to Jose A. and explained what I was looking for and whay i wanted to spend. Jose took the time to speak to me by phone prior to going to the dealership and went over several options. When I arrived at Red hoagland Jose was waiting for me and had a vehicle already parked in front of the dealership. It was exactly what I was looking for the price was very fair and my overall experience was above and beyond what I expected. I would recommend Red Hoagland to all my friends and family. My husband and I were very impressed with Red Hoagland Hyundai and especially with Nathan. He let us test drive 2 vehicles, he was extremely helpful in giving us information and he nevered pressured us to buy. We were able to process the information and take our time making a decision. I arrived at Red Hoagland Hyundai with a 2001 Chevy Lumina and a limited amount of cash for payments.I really was reluctant to lease a foreign car because I did not care to pay money foe something I did not own. I was met by Nathan as soon as I arrived at the dealership. He was excited and exuberant in his discussions about the Hyundai Sonata.When I informed him of my financial limitations he assured me that we could reach and agreement within those parameters. This young man came up with an arrangement that was outstanding and his attitude and care for fulfilling my transportation needs make him an outstanding salesman in my book. At the present time I am in N. Chicago and had a problem with my Blue Link and my telephone. The problems were due to my lack of understanding of the system and Nathan,through the use of the telephone and email enabled me to use both of them. I highly recommend Nathan and Red Hoagland Hyundai to everyone. My Sonata has lived up to all expectations and i will surely do more bussiness with this dealership.

Nathan T. was in my estimation the most polite accomodating sales rep. I have ever worked with. He answered all my questions without hesitation, was honest and truthful. I would definitely do business with him again and have recommended him to our friends which has resulted in sales for him. Nathan continues to be helpful in the aftermarket.

Our experience with Hoagland Hyundai was excellent especially with our salesman Nate. He was very friendly, not pushy at all but most of all VERY knowlegable about all the cars we inquired about and that was about 5. We Love Love love our new Hyundai Elantra. And they gave us a wonderful price for our old pick up. We would definitely come back to Nate for another car!

I was surprised by the level of professionalism by the salesperson. He was persistent when he needed to be, but was courteous and polite. I have sold cars myself, and know high-pressure tactics when I see them. I was glad to see there weren't any here. All my questions were answered quickly, and the entire process took less than an hour. The trade-in allowance was fair, and the sales price on the new Hyundai was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

I read other review, however since my son and daughter-in-law bought 3 cars from them, and her father bought his car there with positive sales experiences I gave them a try. The salesman helped me find the right car for me, test driving many models, and worked with me on sale, financing etc. I found it to be a totally positive experience, and they far exceeded my expectations in service and sales. Price good, got what I wanted and was treated courteously. Will go back for next car.

Avoid these salesman

After reading the other reviews, this seemed like the ideal place to start looking for a new car. After a first visit, I was intending to write a glowing review. But when it came down to number crunching, these guys became the stereotypical car salesman. This dealership has perfected the art of no-pressure sales but don't be conned. Once you start talking dollars, their greediness becomes very apparent. I got quite a show. The car salesman played the part of a victim at the mercy of his tyrannical boss who won't let him go any lower on the numbers. He agreed to honor the numbers he gave me the week before but, as soon as he found out I wouldn't be financing through the dealership, their lies became an all-out farce. Bring in my trade-in again for reassesment because you lost the paperwork? The offer from last week was a one-time only deal? Put a deposit on the car because it's the last one left? Shame on you guys for blantantly lying. Avoid the melodramatics here. And to the salesman who professes he's different because his mother told him to be an honest one, I have only one thing to say- You're not.

wonderful experience

i recently purchased a pre owned Santa fe from Red Hoagland Hyundai in Winter Haven Florida. Over the years I've had some pretty terrible experiences, but this was all together different. My sales person Doyle listened to what i actually wanted in my next suv and was extremely courteous. It was quite refreshing. Although they didn't have exactly what i wanted - they were able to find me the color and equipment i wanted within a day - and i'm in sales so i know how important quick response is. Also - i knew financing would be an issue, but the finance manager was actually able to get me even better terms than on my last loan. i have nothing but great praise for the folks at red hoagland hyundai.

"Good name, Poor Service"

This dealer may have a household name however that service of the salesman I had was anything but. It has been a week since I test drove a truck that they had there and I have yet to here anything about wheather I can get it or not. Each time I called there they would tell me the same story, "Call back tomorrow." Now If I was a salesmen I think I would be the one doing the calling not makeing the costumer do the calling. Not only that but they still have not even tried to push the loan through for me on this truck. ITS BEEN A WEEK!! If someone was to ask me if they should even drive on the lot just to look I would tell them it would be a waste of there time. "That just goes to show you that good name does not always mean good service."
