I get a new car/truck every 1/5 - 2 years. I've death with different types of dealerships and salesman. After being spoiled by my previous dealership in central Florida, I was leery about finding a new Toyota dealership in south Florida. My experience at Palm Beach Toyota was a pleasurable one. First, it helps to know what you want and do your research before stepping foot on a dealer's lot. Take notes, bring the notes with you. Print copies of your research (e.g., KBB trade in value, "internet pricing", etc.) to reference if you aren't good at remembering things! Stay focused and avoid distractions. With that said, it makes the process less tedious and more fluid. Remember, dealerships are a business and their motivation is to make money; that's why it's called a business. Throughout the negations, I was treated with respect and courtesy. BRYAN R., Salesman, and ROGER M., Sales Manager, were professional and never wavered from our agreement. JON L. in Finance was also amazing. I got what I wanted for my trade and the truck I wanted. Thanks, guys.
