Lets just say I walked in to take a look and walked out with 2 Brand New Vehicles. The service and professionalism that was exhibited to my wife and I were amazing. We initially were a little hesitant to go to a dealer in the beginning because of the usual hassle that one is accustomed to receiving in a dealership, I can truly say this was life changing. It was such a wonderful and refreshing experience. Piero was amazing. Professional, courteous, hospitable, informative, knowledgeable, we just couldn't have picked a better salesperson. Thank you!

Took my car in for service for one thing and was surprised to know that it needed other work. The car is 7 years old and it never had any work done. The work that needed to be done was just normal wear and tear. They worked with me on the price of the work.

December 1, 2023, I contacted the dealership for a Toyota Highlander that I saw available. Piero Marruffo was the dealer that helped me throughout my journey. He went above and beyond to make sure that I will drive home with my new truck and be satisfied with my purchase. I purchased the truck while at work, he kept me abreast of everything while it was happening. When I got off of work I headed over to the dealership where I was greeted with warm and friendly smiles by Piero Marruffo and the staff of Wesley Chapel Nissan. I can honestly say that this was one of the easiest and fastest car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Piero Marruffo was understanding and courteous during the entire process. Friendly staff and they keep you informed with Pagan was very helpful when we arrived and there was another staff member there that helped us with our vehicle glass I’m sorry I don’t remember his name but he also was very helpful and willing to go above and beyond. Working with Wesley Chapel Nissan Car Dealership and Dante Wilchcombe has been a great experience. Dante Wilchcombe has gone above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. He also went above and beyond and traveled 320 miles to deliver it and check in with me the next day to make sure all was well. He is and awesome sell men, need more like him.

From Oil Change to New Rogue Sport

Not only would I recommend this dealership, I also recommend Charlie Carney for his fabulous CS. What a great experience, I went in for an oil change and came home in a new Rogue Sport. I love all the new features, especially since my Rogue was 7 yrs old. I feel like any questions I have or something I need, Charlie is The Man! I do have to say, everyone was very helpful and friendly, it didn't seem to me anyone was too full of themselves..:)
