Selling Car

At time of purchase we had a question as to amount charged for tag and registration. I told the rep I could do that on my own to eliminate the charge but he replied that according to him most people forget to have this done. I told him that I would not forget and I would have gone directly to Motor Vehicle at a substantially lower price. He told me no since most of the people he comes in contact with at the dealer are untruthful about doing this process since he felt they were lacking character . I then stated to him that he was basically including me within this group of low life's. He smiled at me and said "what can I tell you". He lead to believe that I was one of those low life's buying a $45000 car. Never again. Your service department personnel are lacking knowledge as to what the current software updates are correcting in the car and are usually wrong. They don't offer much confidence in your service experience.

Road Hazard and XZILON Program

DO NOT purchase a road hazard or paint and fabric warranty for INFINITI of Tampa because they WILL NOT honor them or help with filing a claim. I purchase an extended warranty with the above and I wonder if they would honor it if something happens and it was needed. I going to call the BBB and see if that helps. They have given me enough wrong points of contacts.

I bought a used vehicle and had a pleasant sales experience. Ted, the agent was very helpful and straight forward in the sales negotiation and in solving after trade questions.

Not Impressed

I would not recommend my friends and family to this dealership. I guess since we were buying a used car and not an infiniti we were treated differently. We felt rushed and felt like they wanted us to leave. The main reason I will never return nor recommend you to anyone is because my husband asked if the weather strip could be snapped back in on my car and your service guys ripped it off. We didn't notice until after we left. We called the dealership and they kept saying they would call us back and let us know what could be done. 3 weeks later no call back. You simply do not care. Not to mention we were told we would get a whopping $35 worth of gas put in our car and when we went to leave the tank was on E. We drove all the way from Tallahassee to buy this car. Regardless of if we are spending $20,000 or $80,000 we should be treated the same.

In the beginning, I was a little skeptical about visiting this location to purchase a vehicle. After arriving, I soon realized that I would be taken care of. I spoke with Kevin in regards to what I was looking for and after looking through some of the inventory, I was able to find a vehicle that I liked, get the finance process completed with ease, and leave the dealership before the sun set for the day. I have purchased several cars in my life time, however, this was by far the easiest and most rewarding car buying experience I have every had. Infiniti of Tampa, is #1 in my book!

Awesome Service & Sales

I went for an oil change and walked out with a new Q50. I was not looking to update though the level of service I received and price I received it at was very good. My sales rep (Nisreen S) was great. There was no pressure for the sale and just walked through the pros/cons. I was provided a loaner overnight to get buy-in from the family without hesitation. Based on this experience I will go no where else in the future.

Zero after sales care - not acceptable!

I purchased a used Lexus here for a little more than $20k and other than the 6 hours or so I spent in the showroom waiting on people, the experience wasn't bad. There was a small blemish on the vehicle that they said they would have taken care of by someone near to me in Orlando but this never happened. They ignored my calls, didn't respond to my messages and when I eventually got someone to talk with (sales manager I believe), he said that I would have to drive to Tampa and leave the car with them to have the repair done. This is a minor repair that can be done by any mobile chip repair guy yet they want me to lose another day or so waiting on my car to be fixed. The battery also failed a few weeks after getting the car which they don't have any control over but the sticker clearly said on one side that the battery was covered under warranty for 30 days. When I brought this to the manager's attention, he said that they only comply with the other side of the sticker. Ridiculous thing to say and is it really worth them losing their reputation over a couple of silly little things that they could easily have resolved. What happened to customer service? You will get the service, but once they have your money, you are nothing but an irritation to them so buy else where as they don't deserve the custom. Repeat custom is the cheapest custom to gain and saves a fortune on advertizing but these guys have not learned this yet. I love my car, & not that bothered about the dead battery or blemish but I do not like getting ignored or lied to. I wrote this review around 5 months after getting the car and have given them lots of opportunity to put matters right but they don't give a damn; give your money to people that care!

We contacted several local dealerships on pricing for the G37 Journey we were interested in leasing. While the others worked hard to get us the numbers we wanted by email, Infiniti of Tampa made it happen. We were treated well, we love the vehicle, and would happily send anyone looking for an Infiniti to them. Everyone was friendly, the showroom was clean, and the kids loved the slurpee machine in the snack area.

Outstanding Service/Outstanding Auto

From the moment my wife and I stepped into the showroom of the dealership, we were treated very well. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and our sales professional, Jason Andrzejewski, was as well. We were impressed with Jason's enthusiasm and knowledge. He took us for a very thorough test drive and demonstrated everything we wanted to know about our new G37 Sedan. The sales manager, Pam, was also very polite and professional. The last person we met was Maria the Finance Manager. She, too, gave us the very best of service. Overall, our transaction went smoothly, every question was answered, and we left very happy. We could not be more pleased with the service we received.

Look for Aaron Scheible in Internet Sales

I read the other reviews, but my experience was 100% different. I was looking for a 6-speed G37. The local dealer was not interested in finding this car, so I sent Tampa Infiniti an email. Aaron texted back one hour later, and called the next day. Within a few days he found the car I wanted. He offered me very fair value on my trade, knocked some of the cost off of the G37 and told me exactly the amount I would pay "out the door". When i arrived, the car was ready, he showed me the car, answered all my questions, and generally acted totally professionally. I always felt confident in the purchase and never anxious as with other dealers. Overall, Aaron displayed the finest sales effort and customer service I have ever seen in over 30 years of driving and buying cars. And thanks to business manager Maria for her accurate documentation and friendliness. Thanks, Aaron and Maria.

Rude Sales Manager Told Me to "Go Buy a Honda"

I went to Infiiniti of Tampa today to purchase a 2008 G35 Sedan. During the negotiations the sales manager (Pam) decided that my $35,000 offer was unacceptable and that she would be losing money because she has to pay the owner of the dealership $750. Meanwhile there was also a $1,000 rebate which she was not offering me, a $600 "processing fee" and of course there is the dealer hold back of at least $500. When I questioned her math and fees she accused me of calling her a liar. She then said "maybe you should go buy a Honda". Maybe I should. But before doing so I will see if Lexus, Acura or one of the other Infiniti dealerships wants my business. p.s. They have dozens of 2008 G35s on the lot with no customers in the showroom.

Don't choose this dealer

I encountered some typical slimy tricks at Courtesy Infiniti of Tampa. After viewing my detailed fax offer, one saleman said he could do the deal at invoice for a G35 Journeyon the lot including the dealer fee, with the only additions being tax and license. The next day, the Internet Manager, a fast talker, called and tried to jack me for more than an additional $1000, saying the $600 dealer fee and a ridiculously inflated tag fee had to be added on. What a bunch of low class [violative content deleted]. I felt like I was the pawn in an old movie about used care salesmen.
