I'm a long time Acura owner, who has had their vehicle serviced here exclusively. I was looking forward to a new Acura. However, the offer on my Trade In was quite an insult to me and their service department. Their offer on my Acura, which is spotless was for a poor condition per Edmunds. I am now getting what Edmunds had said my Acura was worth and more, due to my factory extras. SO LONG ACURA!!! maybe I'll come back in 5 years or NOT!

Happy I bought an Acura TSX at Proctor Acura Tallahassee

I traded in my Mercedes E 500 for an Acura TSX. The TSX is much more comfortable, better on gas mileage and has an extremely low maintenance cost. I am still paying the repair costs for my Mercedes a year after selling it. I actually thanked them for the trade in value they gave me on my car.
