Shopping for cars can be very stressful. Phil Smith eliminated that stress from sales to finance. Andrew from sales was helpful with no high pressure tactics. Yobany in finance worked with me and found the best rate and deal available. It was like night and day from the last time I bought a car. I don’t think car buying has changed that much, I just think they do it better.

I recently purchased a car for my daughter at a Toyota dealer, and it was a terrible experience that lasted about 6 hours, and the dealer was empty. with that said, I wasn't looking forward to purchasing another car, however the staff at Phil Smith Acura completely surpassed my expectations. they were extremely courteous, honest, and mindful of my time. I can't say enough good things about the experience they provided. I greatly, appreciate Emilio, Andrew, and Evans for their knowledge, excellent attitude, and overall great service.

I was greeted by friendly staff as soon as we walked into the showroom. The showroom was very clean. The manager connected us with Jason who introduced himself with a smile. Jason and the team were extremely easy to work with. They were all very friendly and Jason went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get into my first Acura. Best car buying experience ever!

The sales rep Dyan was on top of it. His communication was awesome. He was super friendly. I had a choice of a few dealers with the same car but I drove 4 hours down because Dyan worked so hard for me. He had everything ready for me so that when I got there it wasn't a long process. I was done in an hour!
