Another wonderful experience at Crown Honda. I went to my local Honda to get another Honda Civic, and the local dealership wanted to play games regarding price. I called Crown Honda and spoke to Taylor Davis and made a deal for the Civic I wanted over the phone in under 5 minutes. I cannot recommend Crown Honda and Taylor Davis more highly!!!!

Having been through the dealership car buying process over 10 times in the last 15 years, I can honestly say this has been the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle! The sales manager, John Ancona, went above and beyond to earn our business. No gimmicks. No unnecessary "advantage" packages like you'll find at other shady dealerships in the area. Just straight forward, transparent pricing from start to finish. The sales consultant, Taylor Davis, was extremely efficient and courteous with us throughout the entire experience and made sure we were on the road in a little over an hour. Recently I inquired about a car that was listed on the facebook marketplace and when I responded to the ad I was greeted to the probably the worst salesman in the industry. This salesman was clearly not interested in trying to work a deal and instead decided to be rude and sarcastic. I do not recommend anyone using this dealer because if a simple salesman acts this way who knows what the other staff is like. I am a serious cash buyer and was interested in this vehicle but now I will never bring my business to this dealer and I recommend you do the same. The name of of the sales person was Joey Sutnick. Again, take your business elsewhere.

4 words.... They don't play games... I dealt with Zackery Zinn at first very responsive online, then spoke with the sales manager John, worked well with me and straight to the point of no hassles like at other dealerships,. Then because I couldn't arrive until later in the evening my information got sent over to Michael Tan, awesome guy. The greatest thing about this whole experience was we were all on the same page. Everyone I dealt with in there was extremely happy and just an amazing environment. A++++++ Thank you Crown Honda !

What a pleasant experience at Crown Honda! The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Enver Bekric was our sales associate. Right from the beginning he asked what we were looking for in an automobile; he then tailored the experience to our needs. He explained the differences between the different models of the Honda Civic hatchback. Everything was easy to understand. As we were purchasing our Civic hatchback, he introduced us to Daimara Morrill, the Service Advisor. She answered any questions we had, even one about a recall on our Honda Pilot. Enver then escorted us to the Finance department to handle the paperwork. When we picked up our car, it was nicely cleaned up and gassed up. Enver took the time to explain all the safety options, how to set them and set them according to our needs, connected our phones to Android Auto. He said if there were any questions, to contact him as he backed his sales. Enver then took our Honda Pilot Safety Recall information to Daimara who set up a time for us to have the recall completed. Really pleased. It is nice to find a good dealership.
