Brought my 2024 Honda CR-V EX-L to the Honda of Bay County Florida service center for the 90 day checkup. I was in and out in about 50 minutes. Could not have had a better experience. Enjoyed a complimentary cup of coffee and worked on a crossword puzzle (I brought several thinking this could be a 2+ hour experience) and, voila, they called my name.

Had a recall notice and brought in my vehicle for the repair. Repair was completed close to given time and communication from Christopher kept me updated and informed. I waited for the work to be completed and free water and cookies were provided in a very clean waiting room. Very pleased

Great experience with humans at service dept

It’s a bad experience with the Honda Call Center and trying to schedule the appointment. That part sucked. Honda, if you’re paying attention: BAD DECISION to move all the calls to a call center with people who are not local and completely out of touch. However, the people manning the service desk when I arrived were fabulous. If you can avoid the call center and the stoooooopid computerized online chat, and get to a human, then it is a great place.
