How can you judge integrity?

We recently purchased a used vehicle, not a Cadillac and it had an electro-mechanical problem. While it took several days, a diagnostic from another dealer, the salesmen at Massey were absolutely committed to ensuring that promises they made during our purchase were kept! Integrity? If our experience is any indication, you can deal with Massey but we would encourage potential customers to get commitments in writing, just to avoid any mis-communication. If I may, Pedro, Juan, Eric, Pita and shuttle driver Paul were so helpful that I would recommend without hesitation, Massey Cadillac South!

rove in at 7pm with my trade in, looking for possibly used cur to fit my current payment budget. Met sales person Pedro at the parking lot. Left at 9.30 with a newly leased ATS 2.0 Turbo, which is the car I wanted not one pushed on me to meet my budget. That should really say my whole story. Pedro was amazing he just made a deal for me. No waiting around for hours, only 2 walk backs to the back room. Amazing. Massey should feel lucky they have an employee like Pedro. Obviously having him shows the strength of the dealership. I forget her name at this moment but amazing finance lady flew on the paperwork no pressure add ons explanation, which first time in my 50+ cars I've bought managed to provide me with a value added insurance for lease return financial coverage. Great experience, great coffee, and my wife's favorite, great umbrella as a parting gift to her.

I would never go back to this place. They will not deal with you. I could not get a price out of them after being there 3 times. When I made an offer I was informed that nobody would sell a Cadillac ATS at that price. Well, there were and I did. They are old school and typical.

I recently bought a used car from Massey Cadillac in Orlando and was exceptionally happy with my experience! When I found a car of theirs online, I received great customer service and immediate responses to any and all questions I had. When I came in, our sales person Tom as well as the sales manager Ted was very knowledgable and helpful with both my trade in and new purchase.

Pleasant experience

Dealership is clean and modern. Sales process was professional. Dealership has a huge garage in the back where they stock many vehicles ready for test driving. That's nice since they are all clean and cool when we get in. Delivery was smooth as well. Only negative keeping me from giving the experience 5 stars is that they are not open on Sunday. Made the deal late on a Saturday afternoon and had to take time off from work on Monday to take delivery.

When we pulled into this dealership, we liked the display of the vehicles. The cars were clean and inviting. We were met pleasantly by Trace, our sales rep. We initially focused on CPO cars they had, then realized for a little more, we could look at new models. Our Rep, Trace, was patient, pleasant and NOT AT ALL aggressive in his approach. He let the cars sell themselves. We left with a model we liked, but not in a rush to purchase at that moment. After a week of thinking and research we finally took a test drive. That was it! Loved the car. We purchased a 2014 Cadillac ATS. We can not say we had a bad experience here at Massey Cadillac. Everyone was pleasant and we very much felt like VIP's. Thank you Trace and Massey for making my husbands dream of owning a Cadillac come true.
