Great until the next day

Bought the car, salesman was great, had to go back the next day to finalize purchase. Asked about an indicator light that was on and they had told us they would top the car off. The salesman said he would check on it. The used car manager interrupted our conversation with the finance guy, holding the keys out to us and rudely proclaimed thst they would "NOT be fixing the light, that was asking way too much, shop time is $200/hr, we already discounted thr car, they would not be doing more." Very rude and unprofessional. We will not buy another car there, it was embaressing to us and not necessary. So buyer beware, we learned a lessson.

Terrible experience

Most regrettable experience all around. When trying to purchase my vehicle, I already had financing completed and a check ready. After explaining over 10 times that I do not want to finance with them, I was still asked so many times that I almost left. Clearly coercion is a big thing in this dealership and that was really off putting. I was told since I owed tolls on my tag, it couldn’t be transferred. I was given a paper tag. Went to immediately pay my few dollars worth of tolls and was told it could have been transferred like that from the start. I called the dealership 8 times in the following weeks to transfer my tag and it has only just been done days before the paper tag expiration. Since the first week that I’ve had the car, it makes a really loud bass/rumbling noise while driving. It’s goes on and off, but more on. It gets louder than any music or an active phone call. Finally had the time to take it in yesterday and was told I would need to drop it off for a week to get looked at. If I knew that I would need a 2024 car fixed immediately after purchasing, and I would be left without a car at all, I never would’ve bought it. I looked it up and apparently , it’s a known and wide spread issue with this vehicle. I work and don’t have other options to be without a car for a week without a loaner. Last thing, the sales person , Mr Judovich advised me that I would be receiving a $500 rebate, for which I filled out information for. I have not received anything. I was also told that my sister would be receiving $100 for referring them to me. She has not received anything either. This was my first time purchasing a new car and it was a terrible experience. I will make it known how this place does business and I will not recommend to anyone.

Long wait, bad communication

It is a big dealership so everyone's experience would be different. My experience with James was not good. His excuse was that 90% of people don't show up. We waited for hours to be able to see and buy a car we drove 2hours to. Before and after buying the car he was ignoring the calls and texts.

Oil Change

Justin Linwood who was my advisor was very rude and disrespectful!! I purchased my car from this same dealership back in 2011 and the car is a good running car never really had and major issues as long as I keep the maintenance work upon it!!! The way I was treated this past Saturday was a shocking to me!!! I made my oil change appointment in advance and was told by the answer service team that you guys had a special going on for a oil change of 79.99 your advisor didn’t want to acknowledge it he was flat out rude and could careless his demeanor show it all!!

they will rip you off!

My teenage daughter saved for 2 years to buy a car and we chose one at this dealership, a 2014 Chevy Cruz. She was so excited about it. We saw the car on Edmonds.com. The check engine light was on when we went down to pick it up. When I asked about it, the salesman flat out lied and said it had something to do with the air compressor. We drove it home and the next morning the oil light was on. All the oil had leaked out of it. They towed it back to the service dept the next day and had it for two weeks. We went down to pick it up and it drove home fine. The next morning the check engine light was on again and it smelled like burning oil. I called several times today and left several emails for the GM with no response. Finally, at 4:30pm, the service manager called me back and said they weren't going to do "anything" about it because they'd already spent a lot of time and money on this car. So here we are with a car that we financed and my teenager put $4k cash down on and it doesn't even run. Do NOT buy a car here. They don't care about you after you sign the paperwork and drive the car off the lot. It disgusts me.

dismissed and forgotten

I have been a great car owner, I am on my third with Automation, and my last two equinoxes I have got from them, the last being in Dec 2019. I had an appointment to have my battery changed. A day after I get a sales call on how AutoNation would like to make an offer on my car, as they need used cars. they had all my current information and miles and told me they could help me get in a new one with out it changing my payments too much. We talked about trucks and it seemed like the only trucks they had on the lot were Silverado and starting around 55,000 I informed them I would be looking for a medium-sized truck. I was told that the paperwork would get done and I would be sent an offer for my equinox, there are only 8,500 left on it with 98,000 miles they would send me an offer for it. Now I am going to get a new truck, I was not ready right this moment but if an opportunity came along that was good I would consider it. It's now been a week and a half and not a word. I guess I and my car are not that great a deal for them. When you say you are going to do something, do it! Don't play games or come to me fishing for an easy pitch and sale. this is why I am looking at the Nissan Frontier and others. I don't like being played with.

Brake on my van. Saving my vacation

The service team was great. The technician and mechanics went above and beyond the call of duty. My brakes went out and I was on vacation in Florida. We had our truck back within 48 hours. Miracles do happen and they happen there.

My 23 z06

Bought a 2023 corvette z06 oct 3. I never leave reviews for couple weeks to see what pops up and how the treatment is after sale. It was great working with Oliver. He was very easy to work with he would be getting 5 stars. The problems are with financial side. I normally would never buy a after market warranty. I did because of the expensive wheels and brakes. Jorge dominquez really pushed them explaining they would cover them! Turns out every extra warranty he pushed me to buy are excluded from the vehicle I bought, $6000.00 worth of warranty that i won't beable to use. To cancel you have to get the dealership to submit it. No one has returned my calls, I've left 3 messages this week. You can't talk to secretary you have to pick sales, service and parts. If you try for secretary it runs you in a endless loop Looks like i will have to drive 2 hours to cancel extra crap not geared towards this car.

After visiting other dealerships in the area and walking away with bad experiences, I visited this dealership after talking to Tim the Salesman. We agreed on the price before I set out for the dealership and he told me that he will have the deal complete in a couple of hours. I was very surprised that Tim keep his side of the bargin and had me out of the dealership in 2 hours with a big smile on my face. Thanks to Tim and the finance department for making this a pleasent experience.

Not so happy

Very good and polite service, however I was offered a car in 72 payments, and when I signed the papers I believed I had been distracted and the payment was in 84 months with the same amount as it would have been in 72, I was very disappointed, I requested Wheather mat and was not answered. Overall I was not very happy with the whole experience.
