I had searched for a new truck on their website and I received a phone call from the dealer asking if I was interested in coming in for a test drive. Everything was setup perfectly and all I had to do was isgn the paperwork. The experience and level of service earned my business and loyalty. The sales staff is excellent and the choices are great!

A Pleasant Ride

From the moment I met him, I felt at ease with my salesman, Ziad. He listened to what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend, then patiently showed me their inventory that met my needs. I didn't buy on my first visit, but I did find a vehicle that I liked. In the end, I spent a little more than I wanted to, but I found something I was willing to stretch my budget for. I also received fabulous service without high pressure tactics.

Smart alec employees, tried to charge me 1550 dollars for the same work my old mechanic charged 1,100. Left wires hanging by my feet. I had my truck towed away from there.

EV has a looong way to go

I took my Volt in for an intermittent electronic control module problem that I had experienced before in another state, where my car ended up being down for 3 months. I showed videos to my advisor to help understand the issue. I wanted to show the 1 EV tech they had, but he was not available. Advisor swore up and down he'd be able to pull codes from the car, and 6 hours later I get a call back saying no codes came up, tech couldn't reproduce the errors and what I though I was experiencing was just my EV battery idling high to charge the battery. Since no codes populated, they can't help me. If I would have been permitted to speak to the tech and show him first hand, if I would have been heard by the advisor and if the checkout process would have gone differently, I likely would have given 5 stars...but those things didn't happen

My C8 corvette dash and door panels needed to be replaced. I needed warranty to cover this. Also my drivers side carpet was worn and I needed warranty to cover this. Not happy with GM on how long it’s taking to get everything replaced (months) but the dealership seems to be doing what they can.

I am from Jacksonville, so Craig personally drove the car out to me without any additional charge. the worst service

I have taken my pickup more than 6 times because it has an oil consumption problem and the mechanics are so mediocre that they say it has nothing, I took it because of a noise in a tire due to a whell bering and they said it had nothing I take it back and they say no when I take it because the rubber almost came off the pickup. They said that if there was something wrong, they are the worst in the mechanical service. I don't recommend them at all. Don't go buy.
