E-tron 2021

I bought a used E-tron 2021. The car is amazing looks beautiful and drives perfectly fast. But I’m still have 2 problems that never was solved. 1- They don't provide the black card that links your car to your profile in Audi app, now my E-tron is dumb and I never has any information. 2- The cable provide for Audi to level 2 charge in the car has a recall, no prediction of when it will arrive a new one. A electric car that I can’t know the battery level and because I can’t charge faster in home is a big problem to me that don’t has any response for the dealership.

2020 Audi Q3 - Great Buying Experience

My fiance and I have been shopping multiple different dealers, looking for a specific car and deal. When stumbled across Audi South Orlando while visiting the area and we are SO glad we did. We had the pleasure of working with Shy and Emanuel, who provided top notch customer service and care. They listened to our needs, concerns, and wants for the vehicle. Not only did that have the exact car we wanted, but this car was also a Certified Pre Owned. There were minor cosmetic defects that were noticeable, but after we pointed them out Shy and Emanuel made sure they were fixed! We can’t express our excitement enough. This dealership treated us as if we were buying their most expensive vehicle on the lot, even though we were purchasing a used 2020! Thank you for the hospitality, care, and service!

While Looking to purchase a vehicle this dealer was my first option as it is close to work. While trying to do a transaction online I was assigned to a vendor name Anthony. I received the worst service ever starting from the point when the seller told me the vehicle I was looking into the internet it was a lease buy out and it was not for sale. The story goes and goes to make it short. I will not recommend this place to anyone who is not willing to buy a new car. On the other hand the service team is awesome!! I ended buying an Audi from another dealership and service with them.

They had the car I wanted, but I had no experience with them. By the time I was finished with the purchase, they showed me how good they were, how well their staff knew the product and how they exceeded my expectations based on experiences with other dealers. They're the real deal. Saw that when their General manager made a special effort to engage in the process and to support his staff.

Using the phrase "good experience and car deanship is really an oxymoron. But I have to say it really was a great experience working with the store. They do the things you expect to be done without a customer having to ask. What a pleasure. It is normally a hard enough process just getting a car. But we got everything we needed without having to follow up and make sure everything was done. I doubt anyone will be disappointed at this dealership.

I received top notch service and help from the sales associates Nicky and Shy and felt that they wanted to help and make sure I was happy with my decision every step of the way. They were able to find exactly the car that I wanted but also took my price point into consideration and helped me find a happy medium. Frank from finance also took the time to explain everything in a way that was easily understandable and made sure that I was confident with my decision. I really enjoyed working with Slav to acquire my new Q5. He did a great job listening to me outline what features I wanted (and did not want) and showed me two choices that met my expectations spot on. I chose one to test drive and selected it. The entire transaction was done very professionally and all my questions were answered in a very straight forward way. I will be back to replace my wife's A4 in a few months.

out of state purchase

Very poor follow through with sales agent after purchase of a new automobile. I asked to have the car shipped to me and was advised of daily pick-ups. It is still sitting there 8 days after wiring the full amount of the car to include money for transportation. It is the busy holiday season, but promises of communication and updates were never followed through without me having to call them back again and again. Yesterday, was told the car would be picked up and they would confirm this. Has not happened. I have to follow through again.

I made a call with my alarming concern for my 2 years old Audi. Derek was fantastic (as always). Within the next couple of hours my vehicle was at the Audi Clinic. It was fixed shortly after, the battery was malfunctioning and was replaced. I love my Audi Clinic! They never let me down!
