Broke down in 3 year old 2020 Equinox at 60,156 miles driven. Paid $125 towing to Gordon Chevrolet. Found to be fuel pump failure and burn up module, repair cost &1,200. General Motors would not cover or extend warranty. Appealed through Gordon Chevrolet and the General Manager of Gordon Chevrolet refunded nearly $800 of the repairs. Thank you

We spent all day shopping for a vehicle and maybe encountered a dozen dealerships. We just happened to stop by Gordons on the way home as a last resort. I could not be happier. Oscar Cisneros was the sales rep we dealt with and of all the people I'd spoken to that day, Oscar was by far the most respectful and down to earth. After getting a great deal on my Jeep, I realized driving home that night that my tag light was out. Gordons Chevrolet was willing to fix it the next business day with no cost to me. I have been a die hard Dodge fan all my life but I definitely would rate this dealer as a "would buy from again".
