Flew to Miami from Ohio to purchase a new Mach 1 from Midway Ford. Competitive pricing made the trip more than worth the cost of 2 tickets and a hotel on the way home. Dealership folks made me feel like they wanted my business.

Ford Escape feedback

My Escape has been at Midway Ford in and out since May 2022 for a backup camera failure. Part was requested in June 2022, and as of today March 28, 2023, there is no replacement backup camera for my Ford Escape. Very dissaponted. How much longer do I have to wait?

Had a overall pleasant shopping / buying experience with a 2022 Bronco OBX. Alex the sales representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us get our bronco at a fair price. It took a bit of negotiating at the finance dept, but e we are overall happy with the purchase.
