I recently leased a 2018 Grand Cherokee from dadeland dodge Chrysler. My salesman Ulises Rivas did an amazing job helping us find the perfect car for our needs. He really went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and satisfied throughout the whole buying experience. It's been a month almost that we bought our car and we're extremely satisfied with the car and the service we received.

On Saturday July 30, 2016 I went to Dadeland dodge, I long arrival to the entrance I was greeted by Giovanni Cisneros, there after we were offered lunch and were treated amazingly by all the employees. Mr. Cisneros sat down with me and my family and asked me what I was looking for while me and my family sat and ate lunch. He recommended several options as to what may fit my needs towards purchasing a vehicle, he recommended different financing, service options told me the benefits of purchasing a vehicle with dodge. I got to test drive my vehicle which I took home with me that day, during the test drive I was explained all the features the vehicle had it was a great experience. The whole process of purchasing a vehicle was smooth, Giovanni was very knowledgable and very professional. I would definitely recommend a family member or friend to Dadeland dodge and will definitely tell them to ask for Giovanni Cisneros!!! I had a great shopping experience with Dadeland dodge. Everyone was great to deal with from Giovanni Cisneros to the finance supervisor (tall bald man with glasses) all the way to the signing finance manager. Everyone was great and I couldn't be happier. I want to thank dodge for the great service I received and thank you for making the purchase of my vehicle that much smoother.

I had gone to several other dealerships around town looking to by my son a car and ended it at Dadeland Dodge on S. Dixie Hwy. They were really nice, no pressure and had great crew of people there. We purchased the new Dodge Dart at a great price. Thanks guys!

Rude staff! Rude staff! Horrible Customer Service!

This has to be the worst dealership in Miami. I dealt with 5 different sales people and with 3 managers who were all completely rude and insulting! I was looking to buy a new car and went back a few times while deciding on which car to get. The usual games were played - quoted one price and when I sat down to sign all of a sudden my salesperson "no longer worked there" and he quoted me the "wrong price" The sales people lied to me and played that game of trying to be my friend, asking about my personal life, etc. Typical old-fashioned & outdated sales games played - let me "talk to my manager" bait and switch, rude, aggressive behavior, not listening or caring about what the customers needs are. Another salesman said it would cost $1500 to add on a roof rack - when I called the service dept. they said it was $150 - he just added an extra 0 and then wondered why he lost the sale. I requested to deal directly with a manager whom later just insulted me & made fun of me laughing with about 6 other salesmen standing around, because I would not buy the car that day. Another salesman took over, who was just as bad. This guy lost his temper because I did not buy the car the next day because the all the cars batteries were dead after sitting in the sun for over a year, let alone all the other problems with these new cars - dents, scratches, headlights fogged up, rust, etc. He screamed at me, yelling things I cannot repeat here. Lied about pricing. I am happy I did not buy a car from here or give these unprofessional people my hard earned money. This is unacceptable behavior and inappropriate treatment of customers. Bottom Line: Rude Staff, unprofessional, very old-fashioned style of selling cars, lots of game playing, NOT recommended!
