I found a vehicle on Edmunds.com with a good price. I called the dealership to put the vehicle on hold until I could get there. They took my information and said they would send me the link to put a deposit on the vehicle to hold it and told me that a manager would call me back shortly. Four hours went by and no text to hold the vehicle and no call back. I called again to see why they hadn't sent me the link to place the vehicle on hold and they had no record of my even calling. Probably should have stopped there but gave them all of my information again. I waited the rest of the afternoon for the phone call from the manager........that evening I got a text saying that the manager left and that they would call me the following morning. At 4:30 pm the following afternoon I finally got a call. Turns out the vehicle I wanted was $3,000 more than the their ad on this website. I looked on their website and they have misleading pricing for their vehicles. The price they show doesn't include the required deposit. Who ever does their advertising forgot to continue the misleading pricing on the other websites they advertised the vehicle on and happen to leave $3,000 of the price of the vehicle. Of course they won't honor the price that was listed in the ad which didn't have any disclaimers about not being responsible for listing with wrong pricing. I'm glad I realized that before driving 3 hours to look at the vehicle. If you see a listing for their vehicles that you like, I would strongly recommend that you call them to find the real price before you get excited or you might be very disappointed like me.
