I came to Fields expecting the same premium treatment others (friends, family) received in years past. I wasn’t disappointed at all. Matt Hyndman was a consummate professional and put me at ease throughout the entire process. Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car (not just BMW).

Superb Service

I have brought three vehicles from Fields and have had all serviced there. The service is impeccable. My representative is Albert. He is courteous and knowledgeable. While I wait, he keeps me posted on progress and always lets me know if anything is needed. The service and visit is very pleasant. I can highly recommend Fields BMW, and don’t forget to ask for Albert!!

Oil change with brake fluid

Service went smoothly albeit a bit slowly (a bit over 2 hours). Waiting area is top notch with coffee, soda, ice cream and more! I got a video showing what they did with a safety check of brakes and tires. A car wash and vacuuming was included, car wash was okay but they did miss a few small areas. Staff very professional and friendly.
