I recently purchased an Outback from Jack Hanania's Subaru of Orange Park. Ian met us as we entered the dealership and made sure we got everything we expected at the visit. He sold us a car and made us happy. Its a great car too, no regrets. He was knowledgeable, professional and a great sense of humor. He knew all about the car and was able to answered our questions. As time goes on we'll learn about the dealership but if the rest of the staff is like the ones we've met already, this will be a long relationship.

Easy and quick scheduling online. I was brought in exactly on time. The maintenance was completed in a reasonable time. The documentation I was given was the most detailed I have being given so far from a Subaru dealer. We will return

A Great car buying experience

Subaru of Orange Park really provided me with a nice sales experience. Easy discussion about the purchase, sales staff and the closing officer provided information that made so much sense in regards to the purchase of the Subaru Outback and service and maintenance plans for it. The whole experience, The Hanania sales team treated me with dignity and respect. I would definitely buy another Subaru from Subaru of Orange Park when I trade in my other car.

One of the best car buying experience we’ve had. Salesman was able to answer our questions or got answers if he didn’t know. After a 6 week wait for our vehicles to come in, delivery was easy. They were expecting us and had everything ready for us when we walked in. We’d both recommend the dealership to friends and go back for future purchases.

Billy Bender and the sales manager Brian went above and beyond to help me. I knew what I wanted and what I needed to buy a new outback and they made it all happen. As a repeat customer, I felt so valued and felt like my business was truly appreciated. From start to finish, I left within 2 1/2 hours with a brand new car, and that's including all the paperwork and everything which is amazing. Who is able to buy a car that quickly?! They didn't play games, Billy and Brian were great and not only do I hope they are still there when I need to buy a new car again, I will be sure to tell everyone to go to Subaru of Orange Park.

Best Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had!!

Segundo was amazing. He was attentive, very knowledgeable about the vehicles and Subaru: he came in on his day off to help us even. Bob with finance was a joy to work with which says a great deal as that is usually the worst part! Being able to have our dog with us while we went through the process was wonderful and they even had dog treats! You have a loyal fan now! It also was a team approach, not dog eat dog sales. Each person we met seemed to be happy and enjoy their job. Truly the best car buying experience I've had.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Sean Kelly our sales rep went out of his way to make sure all our questions were answered and made sure we understood the workings of the car. He is very friendly. Bill the financial manager was also very helpful and explained all aspects of the money part.

We went for a test drive and Jason checked me out on all the features of the Outback. When we returned he set up my iPhone for me and instructed me on all the other features of the Outback. Very professional.
